Unfortunately I cannot leave positive feedback and would like to share my experience. Most of my concerns relate to the sales process managed by Gabriel. The car that was sold to me was not the car I origi like to share my experience. Most of my concerns relate to the sales process managed by Gabriel. The car that was sold to me was not the car I originally ordered, for which I left deposit. The package was different, the price was different, and the availability date was different. Everything was “a little bit” different, but it was not the car that I ordered. I do not know when the replacement happened, but I discovered it only at a very late stage, after waiting more than a month and just a few days before the car became available. I was never notified about this substitution. In addition, I did not receive updates promptly from Gabriel and, most of the time, had to follow up myself to get information. When I noticed the issue and tried to understand what happened, I felt that I was being misled and told that it was the same car, and that Toyota sometimes changes packages because they are not always listed correctly. However, the number of cars was very limited, and it was easy to track them. The car I ordered and the car I received both existed at the same time. After I informed the dealership that I could not leave positive feedback, I was contacted by Alison Lent, Customer Relations Manager. Over email, I explained the situation and mentioned that providing the missing package (about $300 MSRP) would be a reasonable good-faith resolution. After that, the “customer relations” communication with me completely stopped. At the dealership itself, I did not have any issues and had a pleasant experience. I arrived much earlier than scheduled, was greeted promptly, and was treated very well. Many thanks to Carlos and Jonathan for that. More
