My service provider was David. David was very professional and gave me great service. I told him that I was going to wait on my car to be serviced and that I needed to have it done David was very professional and gave me great service. I told him that I was going to wait on my car to be serviced and that I needed to have it done before 12 noon. He was able to get it back to me a little after 11am. I was very appreciative since I did nt have anyone to pick me up. Great Guy!! More

Called for 100k service and was quoted $745. Final proposed bill was ~$1600. Upsold me on unnecessary items and tried to charge me $600 for a service not needed (replace spark plugs) for anot Final proposed bill was ~$1600. When asked about the spark plugs state of health, they said they couldn't check because of access (effectively, "it's too much work"). Failed to perform basic fluid top up (and charged me for it). Would not recommend. More
