Salesperson was great Only issue waa my veteran discount They said I did not qualify but when I questioned it the finance dept said yes I did but I would not be eligible for gap insurance Then discount They said I did not qualify but when I questioned it the finance dept said yes I did but I would not be eligible for gap insurance Then they say I needed to of been discharged 2 years ago, that's wrong a veteran is a veteran 2 years or 10 years ago. We are generally happy with this dealership but we weren’t happy with the amount of money we were offered for our Camry trade in. Our salesman, Conrad, took the Camry to CarMax to get us a better offe weren’t happy with the amount of money we were offered for our Camry trade in. Our salesman, Conrad, took the Camry to CarMax to get us a better offer. We are thankful that MB Toyota accepted the CarMax amount for our trade in. We found each person that we worked with to be very professional and friendly. We don’t foresee ourselves buying another car but if we do we will definitely return to MB Toyota. I have recommended this dealership to others because of how easy Conrad made the shopping experience. More
