Carl is always such a dear, so helpful and such a good listener! Kudos to Carl. I was surprised though that I was the only customer when I arrived and had to wait on a service agent. There were five sitti listener! Kudos to Carl. I was surprised though that I was the only customer when I arrived and had to wait on a service agent. There were five sitting at their desks inside at the time. Only Carl came out to help me and that was right after his meeting with the Service Manager. Not a good look when there are so many service agents doing nothing to help customers. Robert was also very attentive. He tried to help me while I waited, then gave me a lift home in the shuttle. Great employee—-kudos also to Robert! More

Did not want to tell me what was wrong with my car unless I paid a $199 diagnostic fee. Huge mark up in replacing my tire sensors.
