I took my car to get checked out because it's been shaking ever since the car did an Automatic Emergency Brake malfunction. I had an appointment at 7am. I arrived on time and had to wait in a 25 minute line of cars prior to meeting with the service specialist. What exactly was the point of me making an appointment at 7 if no one would see me until 7:30? Upon coming back to pick my car up, I was told I would need to wait five minutes for my car. 15 minutes later my car arrives. Again, why call and tell me my car is ready if it takes 15 minutes to retrieve it? Everyone was pleasant and working hard, but the dealership seems severely understaffed to handle the volume it is doing. More
