Always greeted with a smile, hot cup of coffee and bottle of water and check- in procedure is painless. All of the technicians are well trained and I have never had any issues in 19 years of servicing my Porsches (5 vehicles). I Had to use their body shop once and they did a great job as well using all new Porsche parts. Associate Frank Pica updated me every day on progress of the body work.
