Drove my vehicle in with a problem at 2:30 p. m unannounced. They immediately knew the problem - it needed a water pump replacement. They gave me a ride home and 2-1/2 hours later it was fixed an m unannounced. They immediately knew the problem - it needed a water pump replacement. 4-11-24: Had 4 new tires installed on my 2022 Equinox. Picked up during my lunch break. After work, car had low back right tire. Brought back to dealership for inspection, they added air. Warning light ap Picked up during my lunch break. After work, car had low back right tire. Brought back to dealership for inspection, they added air. Warning light appeared after driving 15 miles, with 20 to get home. Arrived home with 8 pounds of pressure in back right tire. Called MM service dept.-they asked me to have a local service station inspect problem and they would pay for it. I added 25 pounds of air at home. Arrived at service station 3 miles away. Upon inspection, service man tested back right tire: 8 pounds of air and loose stem valve. He replaced stem valve and added air to tire. 4-15-24: Returned to Mankato Motors to have lug nuts retorqued as requested by service. Gave them receipt to have stem valve fixed and explained again what occurred on 4-11-24. Service rep said they would give me credit on my account, but I asked for a check, not sure if I would return. Service torqued lug nuts and rep returned and said my next oil change would be free of charge. I am disappointed that service didn't do a more thorough inspection of low air pressure when I returned to point out the issue. They didn't spend much time looking at it, just quickly added air and sent me on my way. Thankfully I made it home, but it could have ended very differently. More
