At least tell us how long we need to wait. Our service advisor at first estimated replacing our tires would be a 2 hour job. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of our appt. time and waited for 40 min Our service advisor at first estimated replacing our tires would be a 2 hour job. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of our appt. time and waited for 40 minutes to be called. Then we were told to come back for completion 2&1/2 to 3 hours later. When we returned 3 hours later we waited another half hour for the tire replacement to be completed. So 2 hours turned into 4 hours plus. At least our service advisor discounted a small part of the work. Also we hate the "check in and then sit down" format. More

He isn’t a sleazy salesman that made me feel pressured into buying a vehicle. He was thoughtful to what I was looking for and very educated in every detail of every car he showed me.
