Great Customer Service After getting our Honda Ridgeline, there were a couple of things we needed help understanding about the use of the truck. Tom Haidet , our "go to guy" was helping another customer at the time we came in. He introduced us to Pat Doyle and filled him in on our needs. Pat was not sure of how some of the things worked on the truck but took every step he could to find an answer for us and made sure that when we left we understood and were satisfied with the questions we had. It just doesn't stop.....each and every person we have been in contact with at Manly Honda has gone out of their way to help and get answers we needed. Bill Robertson is what customer service should be! I am on a very limited income and have an older Honda Civic. I came to Manly because I like the car check that is included with the oil change. It h I am on a very limited income and have an older Honda Civic. I came to Manly because I like the car check that is included with the oil change. It helps me to feel safer and prepared. Plus, the service department, very nicely, helped me to locate coupons to be able afford the new prices for the oil change. This time the car came back from the check with a lot of items! Bill helped me to not only understand what and where was needing maintenance, but also sort out the order of importance, so I could budget and find a way to afford to care for my car as it is over 200,000 and I hope to have it for at least another 200,000. Also, as I am injured right now (broken foot and sprained knee) and cannot drive, Bill fielded a lot of phone calls with me as I struggled to get help to start bringing my car in for services; he, also, gave me tips when I arranged for AAA towing the car in and let me know when it arrived. Bill was gracious through everything and even took the time to talk with the mechanics and relay to me what was going on with my car. His level of service is what customer service should be... it was a breath of fresh air feeling my car and I mattered more than the money we would bring in (like Miracle on 34th street). Bill deserves recognition and a raise for a job very well done. BTW, the reason for a 4 in overall rating is the prices are more often than not too steep and upmarket for me. Other than that, all is really quite excellent. Thank you for listening! P.S. On the checks, I think the forms could be a little clearer on some of the details... Once, years ago, on one of the checks, I was given a green rating for my mirrors and I knew my passenger side one was broken and I was told they only check off if they are present... I was surprised... in any case it is what it was, but maybe there is a way to clarify what is a "presence check" vs. a function check like with the battery. Thanks! More

What a difference Honda makes My Chevy Avalanche had a bad camshaft and was not worth fixing. Decided to go to Manly Honda to see what they had. Sergio met me at the door and we My Chevy Avalanche had a bad camshaft and was not worth fixing. Decided to go to Manly Honda to see what they had. Sergio met me at the door and we discussed what I was looking for and he and I looked through the cars available online. He showed me a 2017 Honda Ridgeline with 25000 miles on it and asked if I would like to see it. It looked brand new and had a lot of the features I was looking for in a vehicle. We took it for a test drive and I really liked the way it handled and drove. I told him I would come back later with my husband and talk more about it. We we came back in the afternoon Sergio was not available but Tom Haidet assisted us. It was amazing the customer service we got. We never felt rushed or pressured and all our needs were taken care of. We brought the car back on Saturday to get the clear coat put on and the customer service never waivered.... I have never been to a Honda Dealership in my life and I can see I have missed a lot not going to Manly Honda before. . More
