Could have been better I went in to have the microphone for my bluetooth system replace and was treated very nicely. After being told that the service would take about 45 m I went in to have the microphone for my bluetooth system replace and was treated very nicely. After being told that the service would take about 45 minutes, I ended up waiting for almost 2.5 hours to get my car back. I have no problems waiting for service repairs, but I dislike waiting way longer than I planned with no one giving me updates on what was taking so long. More
