I was exhausted from dealing with the insurance company and all that entails, but I had to find a replacement. I have a job I need to commute to. Curt took the time to understand my needs in a vehicle while also understanding my budget. He was ready for me when I arrived and respected my time. The next day I signed docs with Hawaiian Mike. Curt went over the details of the new car and I drove away with peace of mind once again. They took a trying time for me and turned it around to be a fairly easy process. Good, but did not vacuum floor I had a great experience but when I first drove up they asked if I would like my floor vacuumed. I was surprised but said yes. The advisor also mentioned that they would vacuum my floor when they were done. So I was really surprised after my service to see that they did not vacuum at all. It wasn't a big deal since I wasn't anticipating this when coming in but it always makes me wonder if there was something else that they were supposed to do but "forgot". More
