We Love Manly Honda! My experience started with having my 2003 Honda Accord towed in for service. Mike in the service department met me at the door and assured me that everything would be taken care of. He had even arranged for me to have a loaner car! My Honda had over 268,000 miles on it, and I was pretty certain that it's days had come to an end. Mike kept in constant contact with my husband about what repairs would be needed to get my car running again, and with the high miles that were on my car my husband and I decided that it would be more beneficial to us to start the process of purchasing a new car instead of repairing the old one. Mike referred us to Sean in sales. I called Sean and scheduled an appointment that same day. I have to admit that I was a little nervous about the whole process. In my 33 years of marriage I have never met with a salesman by myself to purchase a car. Sean was fantastic! He spent quite some time with me going over all my options (new vs. used). I let him know what my payment per month range was and he stuck with it. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. By the time our meeting was over, I had decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase (2017 Honda Accord), and when my husband and I came back to the dealership on Saturday everything was ready for our signature and the car was sitting right in front of the showroom. Sean made my experience purchasing a new car so easy. We will continue to use Manly for all our auto needs. I have even referred somebody since my purchase last weekend! Great first time visit to Manly Honda service center I brought my new 2017 Honda CRV EX-L in to have a set of running boards and all weather floor mats installed. Excellent shopping experience! I was in the market for a new HRV and I had asked around a couple dealer until a friend referred me to Brian Chok at Manly. He quoted me a lower price I was in the market for a new HRV and I had asked around a couple dealer until a friend referred me to Brian Chok at Manly. He quoted me a lower price and when I picked up the car there were no surprises. He facilitated every step and made sure I was taken care of and understood everything. I called him a day in advance asking for the car I wanted and he managed to get it the next day. I picked up the exact car I had asked for with no surprises. The deal was straight forward and easy. I left the dealer pleased and satisfied with my purchase. They definitely take care of customers and have earned my business. I will go to them in the future whenever I’m in the market for a car again. More

I complained and asked for an explanation but it did not seem to be a priority to address this. Most of the new cars seemed to have these big white X's on their tires. I do not see this at other dealerships. More

The salesmen, Cory McMurray and consultant Giovanni Ceremony were very professional and courteous and made the sale easy and pleasant.There was a slight hitch in delivery (not of their making ) and they promptly cleared that up. We were especially pleased with the professionalism of the Finance Manager, Michael Warren. He has a very nice way about him and is thoroughly likeable and knowledgeable, He explained the various options to do with maintenance and related in a clear and straightforward way.
