GIOVANNI IS THE BEST. I had a great experience! this past year I decided to buy a car, a new car, the first car I've ever purchased. Now I'm not your typical consumer, I'm an engineer. That basicall this past year I decided to buy a car, a new car, the first car I've ever purchased. Now I'm not your typical consumer, I'm an engineer. That basically means I analyze things to death and love spreadsheets, so it's typically a small nightmare for anyone who is trying to sell me something because nitpick things and understand how to run the numbers. When I started car shopping I was afraid that all of the salesman would try to pull one over on me, so I put my guard up and was probably one of the most difficult customers some of those guys have ever had. When I was test driving vehicles I REALLY tested everything--I blasted the base, slammed on the brakes when I was going 60 mph, played burn out and freeze out with the thermostat controls, and basically drifted in the car. All with the poor salesman sitting right next to me. Now, keep in mind that while all of this was going on, I was plaguing the salesman with all sorts of technical questions--anything from cubic feet of trunk space comparisons, to the number of us ports, to the difference in HP between various models. Needless to say, not a lot of the salesman could handle it, BUT GIOVANNI FROM MANLY HONDA COULD. He was honest with me, super patient, and was able to answer all of the questions I asked him, all while providing EXCEPTIONAL service. I had such a positive car buying experience. He worked with me for about a month, spec'ing out my dream car and helped me meet my price point while simultaneously ice-ing my car out TO THE T. I got a custom leather install that turned out great, he arranged all of that, helped pick out the leather, and made sure that everything was to my liking when I picked up the vehicle. He explained all of my payment options, all of the warranties, add ons, everything, and he was Extremely honest and helpful with everything--and I've gotta say, I took a financial class about buying cars and everything he said matched up exactly. He is an honest person and really takes pride in his work product. Well, long story long, the gist of my review is this--if you are thinking about buying a car and want someone who will be honest, kind, and will bend over backwards to help you, GIOVANNI CEREMONY IS YOUR GUY. You need to go and see him STAT. Also, to the manager that is reading this review, he deserves a raise. Not just because of what he went through when he was selling me my dream car, but because he really is an exceptional employee and you should really work hard to hang on to people like him. More
