The oil change was no problem, done in a timely manner however they ran into a problem with rotating my tires, one of my studs were broken off previously and the mechanics couldn't take off the front wheel w/o breaking off the other studs. A replacement is required for my bearings on the front wheel. Bill was thoughtful enough to explain. I was satisfied but couldn't afford to replace the bearing. Only dissatisfaction was the charges I would incur if I were to get it done w/ Honda. I've decided to go outside of Honda and deal with a private mechanic. The experience was very friendly. More

He showed us a number of cars and took us on a test drive. After we chose the car he made sure the details were in order and went out of his way to show us details about the car. We did need to wait quite awhile to get all the paperwork in order but other than that everything was smooth. More

Exceptional Customer Service Came to Manly to purchase a car for my son. Chris Fleming was on spot and recognized my obvious frustration. From that point on, I was in completely good hands, found the car we came in to look at, and left with a big smile on my face. Absolutely THE BEST place to buy a new or used car. Chris is exceptional at his job and it showed. No pressures, no hidden gimmicks .... just exceptional customer service!!!! More

No one likes to have to take their car in for service... but I love bringing my car to Manly Honda! My 2006 CRV with 235,000+ miles needed some TLC. Air conditioner repaired, Recall managed, Back door looked at after driving through vineyards... and... and... and... Well, you would need some care too after that many miles!! Everyone at Manly takes care in asking the right questions to make sure you are getting the right service and not having to come in multiple times to take care of your car. AND they did an inspection and found a couple things that would help me keep my car in top condition for another 100,000+ miles! AND, they kindly washed and vacuumed too! I bought my car there and have continued to bring it in for service there.... happily! What a pleasure to work with Manly Honda in Santa Rosa! Thank you! More
