The way he used his sales skill, professionalism, and charisma to find what I wanted and above all needed. He never rushed any of the process and was flexible on the time to finalized the sale. Even though I didn't have the entire amount for the down payment; he gave me time to collect it, no questions asked. He also recommend me to the car insurance that i would end up buying. And finally, Jose even came to the dealership on his own day off to finalize the sale of the car, just because I asked him if he could because it was the only day I had to get the insurance I wanted. The reason I'm giving Thomas five stars was because he as well performed an excellent job on his part. Was just as professional, and charismatic. He is even learning how to speak Spanish from none other than Jose. Speaking to my father and I made the experience even more interesting. And for just being a beginner in speaking Spanish, Thomas is learning it very well. More

Dave Sambad, in finance, told us a great deal about the car we were buying and informed us about additional benefits available to us such as extended warranty, protective finishes and extra keys for half price. He was not pushy but endeavered to explain these options in a way to help us determine what more we might want or need. Friendly and Responsive Took my 2006 Ridgeline in for a repeated engine light issue. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to see a service rep. Alt Took my 2006 Ridgeline in for a repeated engine light issue. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to see a service rep. Although Jess did have all the information and paperwork ready when I got to the counter which was nice. Jess communicated very well with phone calls and updates on my vehicle as troubleshooting had to be done to figure out the issue in order to repair. Upon pick up there credit card chip reader was having issues but they were able to push it through. I also found out that I was double charged for a gasket part ($25) on my paperwork and the issue was fixed quickly and I was on my way. All in all it was a good experience. More

Great car buying experience! The atmosphere at Manly Honda is very upbeat and positive. On my first visit I met Wayland. I advised him I would not be buying a car on that visit, The atmosphere at Manly Honda is very upbeat and positive. On my first visit I met Wayland. I advised him I would not be buying a car on that visit, I just wanted to sit in the Honda CRV and to get information. Wayland was extremely helpful and never pushy. I advised him I was waiting for a particular reason. He asked if he could text me every now and then to check on my status. I told him that would be fine. It was nice to get a photo text of his business card. When I was finally ready I made an appointment with him and we ordered my Honda CRV Touring. He advised me that my car had arrived and that they put inside and were getting it ready for my delivery. I made an appointment and it was waiting out front for me when I arrived. I met with Dave and we completed the paperwork and delivery process. I enjoyed working with Wayland and Dave. All the staff were very friendly. More
