Originally met with Tom Larson via the Costco program and when we arrived he was working with a customer at which he gracefully handed us off to Giovanni. Giovanni did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. Everyone we dealt with at Manly were very friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. 2nd Time Customer 10 years ago I bought my 2007 Honda Civic off the same lot. That car was one of the most unimaginably reliable cars every built. I made it to 200,000 10 years ago I bought my 2007 Honda Civic off the same lot. That car was one of the most unimaginably reliable cars every built. I made it to 200,000 miles without even changing the original clutch. Not a single major mechanical issue in the entire time I owned it. On Monday I decided it was time to get a replacement Civic. I told the salesman (Aaron Katz) that I loved my old car more than anything and wanted the same car in a 2017. He was able to tell me exactly what I wanted. He showed me all the different possible options but never once made me feel pressured. At no point did I ever feel like I was buying something I wasn't comfortable with. I can't say enough good things about him. We were then helped by Les in the financing department. Les was also wonderful to work with. My experience yesterday was excellent in every way. The staff there are extremely knowledgable and equally friendly. More

Excellent Service My husband had called to make the appointment originally and I later called to change the reason for the appointment to the free 19 point inspection. My service advisor was Jess Prestidge; he was very friendly and professional and kept me informed as the work progressed. Tricky Trade-In I had purchased a car from this dealership a year prior and the value fell on it substantially so I wanted to trade it in for something different. Ray I had purchased a car from this dealership a year prior and the value fell on it substantially so I wanted to trade it in for something different. Ray worked with my budget and got me into my dream car for an affordable price. Since it was a used car, there were a few issues with it right off the lot. They fixed all the issues and when the service department messed up, they were quick to apologize and right their wrong. My plates and DMV paperwork took an abnorally long amount of time but when I checked in about these follow-up items, Ray is very responsive. More
