He didn't put any unnecessary pressure and provided excellent service. The whole experience was great, he really took care of me! I had to return a few days later due to a charge system error, but Vince loaned me another car to use in the mean time. The service team was great, Santiago Pizano was working with me and was able to get my car back to me within a few hours. Will definitely be returning and sending more customers Vince's way. Despite the huge number of other customers being serviced, they were I had a check engine light in my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid, so I took it to Manly. Despite the huge number of other customers being serviced, they were able to diagnose my issue quickly (a bad sensor) and fix it on the same day. I thought the staff was attentive and friendly. Only slight downside was the shuttle service drivers, who did not make it clear to the very crowded waiting area that they were picking people up and, as a result, they almost left without me. However, once I grabbed the shuttle, everything went smoothly. I would recommend Manly to others. More

I bought my most recent car through manly and had an awful experience. I've written a review to that prior and would have given them 0 Stars if I could. I took my new car to manly for an oil change because I was quoted the cheapest price in town (literally $20 cheaper). When I got there however, they explained to me that the price was different than the price I was quoted. They ended up honoring the price that I was quoted and let me know that moving forward the standard price for an oil change would be the higher amount. The customer service I received was through a man named Jose. He was cheerful and positive as well as informational. It took 2 hours to get my oil changed even with an appointment, which was a bit long, but I had nothing to do that day so it wasn't a big deal. I am going to go back to manly for my oil changes, because they are still the most affordable in town, but I would never buy a car from them again. I hope this is helpful. More

New car Vincent Rossi was excellent - took GREAT care of me and made the purchase of vehicle easy. There was another sales associate that was not friendly or respectful. This issue was resolved (though no apology from the gentleman). The manager and Vince made it right - but it was an offputting start - I nearly walked out after driving 5 hours thru rain and snow to get my new car. More

I was pre approved with an outside company and Ray Martin, or salesman, didn't even want to look at I visited manly Honda with not so perfect credit. I was pre approved with an outside company and Ray Martin, or salesman, didn't even want to look at that loan that was at 16 percent interest. I was just looking to find something a little better than my tiny Kia Rio. Did I expect Ray to go above and beyond and get me into a 2016 Jeep at a 5.2 percent interest rate??? I most certainly did not. Ray did the near impossible and helped me out when other salesman didn't want to help me at all because of my credit score and also because I was upside down on my Kia Rio loan. I had every Mark against me. He crunched every number, dotted extra I'd and crossed extra T's!! By far the best car salesman around! I will never go anywhere else, except to Ray Martin! Thanks a million Ray!! More
