Was asked several times if courtesy shuttle service was needed. Predicted service turnaround was 2 hours. In realty the car was ready in 2.5 hours. Not a big deal as I'm retired and in no hurry to be anywhere else. Service notes also included information for the next vehicle maintenance. Good experience. Certainly better since the new building opened. More

Mostly positive. Had my car towed in for a damaged tire. I went with the tow truck, my wife went in to check in. We had called in advance to make sure it was OK. After I got done with the tow truck I went in to sit and wait with my wife. After awhile I got up to check the board for our name and it wasn't listed. A service person asked if he could help, I explained him the problem. It seems whomever my wife spoke to NEVER put her on the list of people waiting. The service person could not have been nicer and more helpful and took care of use immediately. So it was case of good and bad. More

"ok" service provided I love the convenience of how close this service center is to my home, but I was disappointed in them. The person helping me gave me a time frame he s I love the convenience of how close this service center is to my home, but I was disappointed in them. The person helping me gave me a time frame he shouldn't have provided (he said I'd be in and out in 45 minutes, I was there almost 2 hours), he should've just said they'd be as quick as possible than hold a time frame he couldn't guarantee. I'm also disappointed that when I brought 2 vehicles in the one with the earlier appointment was seen later than the scheduled time of the second car. I understand there's a lot of cars serviced, but there's no point of scheduling appointments if when I arrive it's more on a "first come first serve" basis. I also didn't like the fact that I was clearly profiled based on my last name, so the customer service guy first spoke Spanish then to English when he realized I spoke English. I'm also annoyed that after going for an oil change my wheel alignment has felt "off" since I got it back. Not cool. More
