I drove all the cars I felt would fit my needs at every dealership. Tom was helpful in comparing cars which made me feel I really found a person who loved what he did. He never made derogatory comments about other car makers. That is the most important thing to me in sales-know your product and keep a positive view of what others do also. Finally decided on CRV with all the new technology. Tom also had a great sense of humor which helped talk me through all my fears of the newest advances in cars! Plus I have contacted him on a number of occasions to help guide me though a few things and he's always responsive.
