In the glove box was the recall papers for air bags, I was recommended to Mr. Krupinsky from Nick Cone to have this serviced; in our discussion and during the repair of airbags, the right and left front seat belts were found to be worn and defective> Mr. Krupinsky promptly informed me that this was also under warranty. They found that the schrader valve was broken and replaced it. Diagnosis and repair cost $202. Mr. Ted K.was my service advisor and answered all my questions. Unfortunate mix-up I came in for a regular 50K service - it was meant to take about an hour. After waiting for 2 hours, I went to the service rep to check on my truck. It was sitting in the parking lot, and seemed like it had been done for a while. The rep went and checked on it, since he hadn't received the paperwork, and over 30 minutes later, came back to me telling me that another customer had taken my vehicle's keys by mistake. The rep and his manager offered me a rental while they resolved the issue, and comped me on the service. More

However, I made my appt weeks ago, stating I needed a new key made and asked for a call back. A gentleman by the name of Nick called me back and stated that they could make me a key no problem and what I needed to bring to make that happen. I did my part, but he did not. He failed to order the key with parts and so when I came for my oil change and 2 recalls (4.5 hr appt), I was unable to get the key made and am now back here now, waiting again! More

The service technician when I came in was very patient and listened to my needs. He even repeated back to me what I had said once he input the concerns into the software. Once work began on my vehicle I was kept in contact by Nick, who routinely contacted me during the process to advise me of the situation and to get approval to go forward. He was very clear regarding the expected costs involved. I had brought my vehicle into Manly on a Saturday afternoon with no guarantee that the work could be completed on Monday other than a promise to get an evaluation if the schedule allowed. Not only was the evaluation done by mid morning Monday but all of the repair work was completed before end of business Monday. I am very happy with the service I received and will continue to use and refer Manly Honda. More
