As the first Honda Car dealership in America opening in 1970 our family has always been proud of the depth of our owner base and our successful goal of making our customers happy with their sales and service experience. From selling Motorcycles in 1959 to selling cars in 2017 we have always worked hard to have 100% happy customers but sometimes we miss the mark and for that you have my apologizes. I am sorry we let you down. As you might see if you look at the over 2600 reviews for Manly Honda most of our customers are very satisfied with us and we work hard for those with issues to repair and hurt feelings . Wither it's a $30,000 car investment or a $30.00 part from my parts department I work hard at training my team members to be respectful and honest. I'm again sorry that we only measured up to a 1 star dealer for you but am most sorry that you have poor feelings about doing business with our family. We were promised a Hyundai Sonata from your dealership the man shook my husbands hand telling him congratulations on our new car we told them everything from the get go the we are Native American and I get that their is loop holes to jump through considering we are a sovereign nation, so Cory Riley who had us pick out our loan payment he got the loan he took my husband Justin and my aunt Leandra to the back to finish signing the sales report that's when Ozzie came in and stopped it. They said sorry we have to deliver since we live on reservation so that's understandable right? Then it turned into me getting the run around from Chris foy and I have every email to prove what he was saying to me we left several messages trying to contact one of the three men to only have Chris yell at my Aunt I feel like he was very disrespectful he told me that he's sorry I'm upset but I could take my business elsewhere but we did get a banks approval so I was happy again just to be let down in the same exact day but they told my Aunt Leandra not my husband or me. I get that it might be harder because We are Native Americans and they had to do more paperwork or maybe Corey was new and made a mistake by getting the Loan approved without right paperwork but still doesn't give nobody the right to be so disrespectful which that was Chris. Corey was nice just kept making deals then taking them away just like chris did in my email that I would be happy to share with you.
