Excellent service as usual! They take care of business! I was having a terrible time coordinating a glass repair with another company my insurance company was pushing me to use. They take care of business! I was having a terrible time coordinating a glass repair with another company my insurance company was pushing me to use. I decided after 7 days of not even a scheduled appointment to go where I know they are professional, courteous, and timely. As usual they went above and beyond with my repair. I called on Wednesday, they ordered and overnight delivered my parts, scheduled me the next morning, and were completely done by the end of the day. It was such a relief after dealing with the earlier run-around from the other shop. I definitely will always be returning to Honda to take care of my car. Thanks again for the excellent service! More

Every automaker is, this one is no exception The neutral: Finance office is well a finance office, they peddle their warranty, just like everyone else, however the financing from Honda is fantastic. THE GOOD: Everything else. Chris Foy was great to work with. Not pushy, not an elitist, not lazy. Being an internet inquiry, Chris from Manly Honda was the first response I received, and as it turns out the best, as they had the vehicle on the lot I was looking for, stood by their offered sales price, stood by their finance incentive, stood by their military incentive. They did not try and slip any numbers, clutter the process, play any games. Having lived all over the United States, and having bought vehicles from all over the United States, Manly Honda is high up on my list of great experiences. I would recommend to friends to go there, contact Chris first on email. Hands down the best Honda dealer in the greater Bay area. More
replacing all 4 stolen tires/wheels All four of my tires and wheels were stolen from my new 2016 Honda Accord while it was parked in my home carport leaving it undriveable. I bought the All four of my tires and wheels were stolen from my new 2016 Honda Accord while it was parked in my home carport leaving it undriveable. I bought the car from Manly and it only has 8,000 miles on it. After completing a police report and contacting my insurance company, I called Manly for help in securing a rental vehicle and replacement parts. I explained what happened to Nicky, Rental Coordinator in the Parts Dept, and she immediately offered a 2016 CRV and reduced the daily rental fee by half! She was extremely helpful in streamlining the paperwork as well as providing support and empathy. I worked with Jess Prestidge in the Service Dept who ordered all replacement parts and scheduled a repair appointment. Jess did an outstanding job in working with my insurance company to ensure the process went smoothly; he also expedited delivery of the needed parts. Then Jess went out of his way to get my car back on the road safely and asap. He loaded all 4 new wheels/tires onto his personal truck and drove to my house with an assistant to mount the new wheels onto my disabled car! Saved me huge towing costs. Who does that? We then drove my car to Manly for a safety inspection which uncovered supplemental damage. In addition, Jess offered to further reduce my Manly rental rate so it matched to that applied by my insurance company. In doing this, Jess saved me over $50.00 in out-of-pocket rental fees. He volunteered all of the above "on his own" without any asking or prompting from me. Again, who does that? Both Nicky and Jess deserve a huge 'shout out' for their outstanding professional service and assistance. They went well out of their way to help me. My overall car buying and servicing experience with Manly Honda has been extremely positive, and has made me a Honda owner for life! More
