Wonderful service and hospitality I had a lot of issues with my Honda from the air conditioning controller, the over heating car, and fan belts. The shuttle was an SUV and I couldn't get into it with my disability so Honda grabbed a rental and Jesse (from the detailing department) drove me home. You Guys Are The Greatest! We normally see Bill Robertson; however, on this particular day it was Nick Hatch. Nick & Bill are "both" outstanding service representatives. Not only are they both super friendly with great smiles, but courteous and get all of your questions answered thoroughly When dealing with Nick, I expressed the fact that we needed to have the car completed no later than 11:00 a.m. due to another appointment that we had scheduled that day (our appt. was 9:30 a.m.). He told us "no problem", and he was right, as we got the car back way before 11:00. Our 2010 Honda Accord V-6 EXL (which we bought new at Manly) now has 92,000 miles and has had zero mechanical problems, just normal maintenance. Couldn't be happier with its performance. However, we're now due for the 90,000 and soon the 105,000 mile maintenance service. Nick printed out and covered what all would be done. which was much appreciated. All in all, we really enjoy coming to Manly Honda!! Oh, almost forgot, the warm cookies & drinks of your choice are pretty awesome, also!!!! Raymond Smith, Cloverdale More

Unfortunately, this changed dramatically once my lease was signed: I did not get any response for more than a month despite me constantly following up via phone, text and email. Besides poor customer experience, I also want to highlight the lack of business etiquette: when the dealership is at fault and needs to finish a service that was incomplete due to their oversight, I expect my car to be returned with the same amount of gas I had in my tank originally. Instead, I found 1/4 of my tank had been used up, not even to mention the full tank of gas I had been promised for the inconvenience... If you value a solid dealership that will support you past the original sale, DO NOT chose Manly Honda! More
