As the first Honda Car dealership in America opening in 1970 our family has always been proud of the depth of our owner base and our successful goal of making and keeping our customers happy with their sales and service experience. We all work hard to earn a 5 star rating but sometimes we miss the mark and for that you have my apologizes. I am sorry we let you down. As you might see if you look at the over 2600 reviews for Manly Honda most of our customers are very satisfied with us, the way we conduct ourselves and our business etiquette. I will certainly look into your situation for there is usually a couple stories involved with every dissatisfied individual. We always strive for five in every aspect of our jobs.
