I had a bad car buying experience in the past so I was apprehensive and on guard. I explained this to Doug Eccles and he slowed down the process making sure to explain everything so I understood what was going on and that I was comfortable. The finance process went great. Eric Rosa made sure to explain each part of the process and was candid in our discussions about additional warranties. He didn't try and talk me into getting things that I didn't need. More

Car serviced and I relaxed! Came in to a very nice friendly atmosphere at Manly Honda when I came to get my car serviced. Can you believe they have a mocha machine in the the lou Came in to a very nice friendly atmosphere at Manly Honda when I came to get my car serviced. Can you believe they have a mocha machine in the the lounge and a widescreen TV for those who want to catch up on TV? One of the staff there helped me with the machine even. Offered to help... employees are so sweet and friendly there. I want to say thank you to the woman who assisted me with the coffee machine who I'm sorry I didn't get her name. And thank you to Dave Ashby who greeted me and was so efficient and answered pretty much all my questions before I could ask. Got me a ride to the mall on their shuttle and made sure I boarded it! Wow! The driver John made sure I was comfortable and he CALLED ME to arrange pickup! Wow!! Thank you John for the conversation ! ??
