Straightforward and easy Buying a new car is a stressful experience. Finding the right car, negotiating price and so forth is something we don't relish. Right from the start we got a very good price and they located the car with the features we wanted from another dealer with extras that they didn't charge us for. Very nice. Chris Foy was great. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The dreaded financial ordeal was tolerable. I wish one didn't have to go through that gauntlet and just opt out of the sale pitch for extras and added insurance. However this is where dealers make back a lot of the money they loose on internet sales so that's not an option. Dave Sambad was the only financial guy on staff the night we purchased our car and was doing his best to get everyone out as quickly as possible. Poor guy didn't have time for dinner or a bathroom break! He, like Chris, was very knowledgeable and didn't unduly pressure us. I give both Chris and Dave 5 stars and would purchase from again. More

Repair I bought my car in 2013 and have been getting service there ever since. My rear view mirror fell off and I brought it in to ask about what needed to I bought my car in 2013 and have been getting service there ever since. My rear view mirror fell off and I brought it in to ask about what needed to happen. I spoke with Bill Robertson who I walked up to because of the history of his excellent service and attention I have received from him in the past. He assisted me, showed me what needed to happen to have it fixed. Spent time with me. I bought the glue kit and he assisted me in repairing the mirror. Bill Robertson went way out of his way to assist me stating "you've been coming here a long time" he recognized me and was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He is why I would come back to Manly Honda. More

Got the car I wanted Had an appointment via the internet and was prompt. Great test drive. I financed part of the car so that process was a little long. Was at the dealership from 9:30 am to 1pm including a nice long test drive. I feel comfortable with my experience and love my new car!!! Great This was the first time I had been to their service center since the building was updated. I was really pleased with how uncomplicated they made it. This was the first time I had been to their service center since the building was updated. I was really pleased with how uncomplicated they made it. As soon as I drove up, someone greeted me and told me where to park and directed me where to go. They vacuumed out my car right away. The service building was clean and updated. I was approached by my service rep within 5 minutes and went over the services right where I was in the waiting room, which was helpful because I had my two young children with me. The room was comfortable and clean, and it was helpful to have a kids area. When my car was finished (oil change and tire rotation), I was clearly told what would be needed next on my car (so no surprises upcoming hopefully). More
