He stared to show me around. I was amazed at the many choices I was given. With in a hour I found the right car. Right price and all the others I needed. I made the right choice coming to them. Ken Kerstom, Brian Chock, Jesse Baseball and Bruce Ehrlicher and Gary Silva (Used Car Managers) were very helpful and great to deal with! I would recommend my friends and family consider buying a car from Manly Honda! The only negative was dealing with Dave Sambad, he filled out the contract while my wife and I were in his office. Car shopping isn't that bad I went in two weeks ago with the intention of just looking for a new car, but probably not driving off the lot that day. I was greeted by my good pal I went in two weeks ago with the intention of just looking for a new car, but probably not driving off the lot that day. I was greeted by my good pal Wayland at manly Honda and was immediately felt taken care of. Wayland gave me options, and made it possible for me to take my car home that day. After Wayland sold me on my dream car, he introduced me to Tom who helped me finish up all my paperwork. There is an unfortunate stigma behind dealership and the employee's that work there, but I never once felt uncomfortable with the decision I made. Thank you Wayland, Tom and Manly Honda for my new car! I will be back....just not so soon! More

However, at my recent service, a basic oil change, I was told the wait time would be 1 Manly Honda has always provided excellent service for my FIT. However, at my recent service, a basic oil change, I was told the wait time would be 1 1/2 hours. At 2 hours I asked when I could expect to get my car and was told at the appointment desk it was done and I'd be called very soon by the service advisor. It was almost another half hour before I was called. I told the service advisor I was unhappy about how much more time it had taken and said it would really help if I was given updated information about the wait time. The extra time caused problems for me later in the day. While he apologized, he also said he didn't have time to come over to the waiting area and give me an update or find someone else to do it. It's common enough for things to take longer than planned. It should also be standard practice to keep customers informed when their wait will be significantly longer than expected. More

Up to this experience would rather get a tooth pulled without novican, than buy a car from a dealership. This experience with Jessie and Manly Honda has changed my view on car purchasing. My time is valuable too. I feel they over book appointments and then make you wait while they cannot accommodate everyone in a timely fashion. I made a 2:30PM appointment and was told to wait for a representative. After 20 minutes, I asked the girls at the check-in counter how much longer it would be, and they gave me a resentful look for having interrupted their personal conversation, before telling me I should be next. After a total of over 30 minutes, someone finally came looking for me. He was super polite and accommodating, but then told me that because it was now after 3:00PM, they wouldn't be able to finish the maintenance checks until the next day. When I told him that I had a 2:30 appointment, he apologized, and said I could return the next morning, or just leave the car overnight. I was not going to opt for another 30-40 minute wait before they even recognized me to start the process all over again. Carlos was very professional, nice and did provide excellent service, once he began working with me. He got me a loaner and said said the car would be ready around 9:30AM the next morning. The next morning, after no call by 11:00 AM, I went to my other scheduled activities, finally calling Manly around 2:00PM to ask if the car was ready. Carlos was not there and another rep. said it was and that he had called (possibly the home number). I don't recall his name, but he was also excellent, very friendly, polite and professional. I finally got my car back over 24 hours after the original service appointment I originally made, and we never did hear a message on any of our phones that the car had been ready. Being super polite to the customer when you see them is always nice, but it doesn't make up for all the inconvenience and missteps. I will try taking my car to a different Honda service center the next time. More

Confusing I made my appt online, which saved time, but I asked for someone to call me regarding my appt which they had as an option, no one called me. Being a first time customer, the whole check in process was very confusing and long. I had a ride to pick me up when I had to leave the car, but my ride had to leave because it took too long to check me at the service dept. The dealership had two different service garages, so it wasn't pure luck I drove to the right one in that lot. It was cluttered with cars and people walking around almost getting hit. No real safe walk way for pedestrians. The car was done in a timely manner and was clean inside, so that was good. I did ultimately get a ride home from their shuttle and the driver was young and didn't drive the best. On one occasion they didn't allow a juvenile standing in a cross walk to cross, but drove through. And, one time almost rear ended a stopped vehicle because the traffic stopped abruptly. Not a very pleasant ride home. More
