I still have my 1995 Accord that my daughter now drives and I trust Bill to give me reasonable advice on what repairs make sense on such an old car. I feel like he is not just trying to make a single big repair bill but knows that saving me some money on my older car will keep me coming in for my newer ones regularly. More

As easy as it gets! Tom Larson and Tom Henschel made this the easiest car buying experience ever. We stepped on to the lot and were soon greeted by Tom L. He was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping us find the right CRV at the right price. He took his time and never rushed us. When it came time to talk numbers, he listened. We told him how much we wanted to put down and how much we wanted our payments to be. He came back the first time with both numbers under our budget. When does that ever happen? We agreed and moved on to finance. Tom H was easy going, funny and did not try to sell us a million things. He caught an error in the paperwork that would have changed our payment, and he went to bat for us. I truly felt like both gentleman had our best interest in mind and tried to get us the very best deal....and we got a great one! If you are looking for a new vehicle, go talk to the Toms. They will treat you right. More

The good news is all about them and their professionalism in customer care standards. The bad news had to do with an expense I wasn't expecting when I arrived. Because the thorough inspection unearthed two additional problems, I agreed to include them in my repair and, I was grateful, ultimately, that I was consulted. Too expensive ~ not confident that the prices are fair. I am having buyers remorse for purchasing the 2016 HR-V when I bring it in for the routine maintenance work. I was offered a car wash, but that did not happen either. I was told that my car was ready and had to wait another 30 minutes for the paperwork. More
