I would have said that I'd rather have dental work done than endure the haggling and pressure I've experience in the past. In fact the last time I bought a car I actually refused shake hands with the salesperson at the end of the ordeal. Not so with Manly! Everything was laid out up front, there was no haggling or pressure. There was laughter. And even cookies and a nice cup of Mocha! I felt like I was interacting with friends, rather than doing business and trying to get the best end of the deal. Milan Kangrga was a treat. Buying a Used Car We had a great experience! Manly is about 60 miles from our house and we got stuck in traffic in the City so we were running late. We called the dea We had a great experience! Manly is about 60 miles from our house and we got stuck in traffic in the City so we were running late. We called the dealer we were working with and he informed us that he had to leave as he was ill, but that another salesman, Ash, would be there. Ash stayed late and helped us with our purchase. He was great! I'd buy another car from him for sure. There was no pressure or anything. He was very polite and understanding. He answered all of our questions and let us step out to decide. Once the paperwork started he was very helpful to make sure that we were helpful. At no time did we feel like we were being "taken". After signing the paperwork Ash handed us the keys and apologized that they couldn't detail the car. (It was 8:45 PM and the crew was gone) He invited us back at anytime to get a detail for free. Nice gesture. More
