Excellent Customer Care I had a recall for my Honda CR-V for the passenger airbag. I made an appointment for 10:30 am. I showed up at 10:20 am on the day of my appointment I had a recall for my Honda CR-V for the passenger airbag. I made an appointment for 10:30 am. I showed up at 10:20 am on the day of my appointment with my three year old daughter and was surprised at how busy they were but grateful that they got me all checked in right away. My daughter was busy talking with all the guys/ girls up front and LOVED the new play area with flash cards and puzzles. They finished my car in an hour and fifteen minutes and it really only felt like twenty! They truly are amazing people! Thank you More

Help with reinstalling very heavy Honda Odyssey seat. I could not reinstall several seats in our 2010 Honda Odyssey by myself because (a) I'm 83 years old and (b) the removed seats are very, very heavy. I could not reinstall several seats in our 2010 Honda Odyssey by myself because (a) I'm 83 years old and (b) the removed seats are very, very heavy. I had removed the seats several months ago so there would be more space to carry possessions being moved from California to Oregon. I called Manly's service department and was connected to Jess Prestige (sp?). I asked if they could help me. Without hesitation, Jess said "Yes. Let's find a convenient time for you". It was yesterday (11/15/16) afternoon. I introduced myself to Jess who immediately asked an employee named Jordan I have no last name) to reinstall the seats and carpets. Jordan worked at this not-easy job without stopping until it was completed. I could offer no help but to watch and applaud as he finished each step. I asked Jess if I could reward Jordan as well as paying to Manly whatever was to be charged. Jess extended his hand and said "Just a 'thank you' is all that we need or want". Wow!! What a marvelous thing had been done for me. If Jess and Jordan will see this review, I say again to them and to Manly Honda, "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you". More

Not only did they have the lowest prices but the internet sales rep Chris Foy did not pressure me at all compared to other dealers calling me non-stop while at work. Buying the car was easy and fast. From test driving the vehicle onto finance and parts for accessories the entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I used to buy my new Hondas (this will be the 3rd) from a different dealer but will gladly come here for all my future purchases. P.S. I also have been going here since 2002 for maintenance. BEST SERVICE! More

The responses for my pleads to fix it were either a brush off or nothing at all. It took me calling the main center for recalls to get it finally fixed. They stayed on another line while hooking up to this dealership to get them to make an appointment for me. At one point I even wrote the dealership that the part they needed would have been there by now even if it had come cross country by wagon train. Even then I got no response. I am not a person that easily complains about any kind of service but this really stood out to me as very bad customer relations, so wrote this after they asked for a response. I do not recall who wrote me a few very short notes and talked to me once on the phone but it was a woman in customer service. More

Truly Life Changing I can't even begin to describe my amazing experience at Manly Honda this past week. I have been in the market for a new car for nearly 5 years now, bu I can't even begin to describe my amazing experience at Manly Honda this past week. I have been in the market for a new car for nearly 5 years now, but never seemed to have the credit in order to do so. I was researching ways to rebuild my credit and apply for an auto loan on the internet and after being denied and turned down countless times, I received information from Ray and "Hawaiian" Mike asking me to come in if I wanted to get into a new vehicle. These two went above and beyond and spent hours working with at least a dozen banks and countless cars in order to find an appropriate option that could work with my soiled credit. However, ANYONE could have probably sold me a car but no one could do what Ray did next. Throughout the process of finding a bank, he explained to me why my credit looked so poor and was truly engaged wanting to help me rebuild it. He told me about different options to lower my student loans, have negative marks on my credit history erased, overall rebuilding my financial future before my eyes. I would have expected showing up at a dealership to drive away in a newer car, but what I didn't expect was the genuine hospitality that these two displayed. NEVER did I think a car "salesman" would really CARE, and they did just that, they cared. Because of these two, I left Manly Honda Santa Rosa in not only a new car, but with the knowledge and capability of how to rebuild my financial situation. I am now in the process of turning my poor credit score (below 500) into a great credit score (hopefully 700+) and it is largely because of these to car "salesman." I can't even begin to thank these guys and their entire team for changing my life. I WILL be back.... Thank you More
