Excellent experience My recent service experience at Manly Honda was excellent, including interaction with the service manager for my vehicle Carlos Martinez. My older Odyssey van was experiencing problems with the power assist on the sliding rear doors. Visits to another Honda dealership and to an independent mechanic proved to be completely unhelpful, including misdiagnosis of the problem and wasted money. Carlos and the team at Manly located the problem and fixed it quickly and economically. Conversation was polite, friendly, extremely well informed, and helpful. I've had good experiences at Manly in the past and this one was perhaps the best yet. This dealership seems committed to building and maintaining an excellent service department with a first-rate staff. In addition, the large investment in the amenities of a spacious waiting area, wi-fi, shuttle service, etc. are much in evidence and make the visit as painless as possible. I would highly recommend this service department. More

Quick replacement We were looking to quickly replace our 2011 Toyota Sienna that was totaled in a rear end collision. After looking at several cars(Toyotas and Hondas) We were looking to quickly replace our 2011 Toyota Sienna that was totaled in a rear end collision. After looking at several cars(Toyotas and Hondas) in Santa Rosa and Petaluma, we narrowed our list down to 2 cars either of which we would have been very happy with. We chose to purchase a Honda Odyssey Touring from Manly primarily because of Rolando's professionalism and courtesy. He even came in from home one morning, not his scheduled time to work, to show us the van once again. We didn't feel any pressure to make a decision and he was very helpful answering all of our questions. Rolando turned us over to Dave in the finance department and he quickly got us through all of the financing process. He was also very professional and explained all of our options for financing and warranties. We defiantly will return to Manly for a future purchase and will highly recommend this dealership to our friends. More

New To Manly Service I recently moved to Santa Rosa from Marin and experienced a sudden problem with my '07 Ridgeline. I came in without an appointment and was greeted wit I recently moved to Santa Rosa from Marin and experienced a sudden problem with my '07 Ridgeline. I came in without an appointment and was greeted with "someone will be with you shortly". I waited no more than 5 minutes and was met cheerfully by Bill Robertson, one of the Service Advisors. I explained the cars problems to Bill , and within minutes he had a good idea of what the problem probably was. He arranged for me to rent a vehicle from the Agency so I could be quickly on my way to an appointment in Marin. I was contacted shortly after by a text message from Bill pin pointing the problem and he indicated that the part would be ordered and the Ridgeline ready the next day. From the moment I walked in to the Service Department to when I picked up the vehicle the next day , everyone than engaged me had a positive and confident attitude that "we are here to help you " in any way we can.
