Really nice sales team, slimy finance manager. I had an decent (although it took 4 hours from the time we picked out the car) overall experience here, The sales team was honest and did their best t I had an decent (although it took 4 hours from the time we picked out the car) overall experience here, The sales team was honest and did their best to keep the process moving, it was low pressure. I had explicitly asked to be financed by my local credit union and they said that was no problem. The finance manager tried to sell me the warranty after I had already turned it down, he claimed it would only increase my payments by $8/month and failed to mention that would be with 72 month financing instead of 60. I spotted this and declined once again, all seemed well. Ten days later I recieved a phone call from a major bank saying they were carrying my car loan, not the local credit union I had requested. This is an illegal process called steering. Michael in the finance department has yet to return my calls, or to address the issue, I wouldn't recommend working with him. More

Neil answered all my questions, some of which probably bordered on paranoid (after all...I'm 300+ miles away AND had the local dealer "suggesting" there would be a catch!) – but the prices were real, the service outstanding, and the experience top-notch. Neil matched local prices on paint protection (my cat jumped up onto the hood of my car and was immediately ejected....incredible testimony to the usefulness of THAT accessory!). Tom in finance was efficient and wrangled a great loan rate for me, explaining options around service contracts and allowing for even more questions.
