Excellent experience I have been considering purchasing a new vehicle for quite some time. I've had an older Accord for many years, but with the people I worked with, I fe I have been considering purchasing a new vehicle for quite some time. I've had an older Accord for many years, but with the people I worked with, I felt like it was OK to make a change. Sean was very courteous and considerate for my needs. And Chris was helpful towards making me comfortable with my choice as well. Sean was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and thoroughly went over it all. As well as offering to do it again if I needed to come back. I will surely be recommending this group to all my friends. I love my new Honda Civic!! More
Reservations have X-tras! I came with a pre-approved loan via my Credit Union and told the sales rep, finance manager and the closing finance person this...after hours of paper I came with a pre-approved loan via my Credit Union and told the sales rep, finance manager and the closing finance person this...after hours of paper work to submit another application each of them said "oh you're already in the CUDL". None of them knew how to process my DMV exemption - so I was charged the license fee anyways of $341; although I do live on a Native American Rancheria in Mendocino County. Final blow was when I was told that I could not have the car until my bank made payment to Manly Honda because I live on a reservation. I was surprised! They said because of a few bad apples it ruined it for all of us on the reservation and that this is Mr. Manly's policy for reservations. Best part was when I was offered the opt out portion of the deal...meaning I could change my mind for a small fee after a couple days. Really! I wouldn't even have the car for a week! By the way, I'm a County employee in Human Resources, Tribal Council Member and will make sure to tell everyone I know of the treatment I received from Manly Honda. I've already told my co-workers and supervisor who all were shocked and said that's discrimination. I do want to say your salesman, Mark was professional and helpful through the entire process, even though he's never sold a car to a person on the reservation; and your guy that delivered my car was knowledgeable in the process of completing the sales tax exempt form - which was not completed by Manly Honda. It wasn't like he had to locate the info, he actually had Chris stored in his phone as a contact. Right there I knew I had to call this guy. I talked to Chris and told him I had turned down an offer the day before from a different dealer and told him where I wanted to be on my trade in and the purchase of a 2016 Pilot Elite. He made it happen! I walked into Honda also met Beejan and he had all the paperwork ready and some great input about gap insurance and the extended warranty. These guys got me the best rate possible and I we were in a brand new Pilot on Friday the 9 due to it coming from another dealer from the east bay. Not only did these guys give me what I wanted on my trade in, they were able to get the color we wanted to, in case you are not aware, the Pilot Elite is hard to find, not enough inventory for the demand. The whole experience was amazing, and painless. There was no pressure at all. Then there is Sean... He is top notch, he went through every single feature of the Pilot step by step, and all 3 guys texted and called me the day after the purchase to see how things were. I can not give enough praise to Chris and this team. 1st class service not only with me but my neighbor... No wonder why he saved Chris' number in his phone. If you are thinking about a new vehicle, don't even hesitate and talk to Chris or anyone on his team. More

He and partner Ray were extremely knowledgeable and efficient with helping me to find the right car, the best financing and made sure that I had a car to drive home while my new SUV was serviced. These two men were simply the most dedicated and courteous sales staff that I could have asked to help with buying a vehicle. I plan to rely on Manly Honda for all my family's car needs in the future. Manly has the best sales staff in Sonoma County. Both Ray and Mike spent time working with me to ensure that I was able to get the SUV that I wanted with the best financing terms offered. I will return to Manly because I know that I am sure to get professional assistance with servicing my SUV and with the purchase of any vehicle that I choose. Great Service Advisor I had an error come up on my 2016 Honda Pilot Elite come up day 3 of owning it, 253 original miles. I pulled up to the service department and Hirmin t I had an error come up on my 2016 Honda Pilot Elite come up day 3 of owning it, 253 original miles. I pulled up to the service department and Hirmin took great care of me. He understood my frustration on the purchase of a $47,000 car 3 days earlier and already with an error code. He put me in a loaner and told me that he would do everything in his power to make sure my car was fixed the next day. I reached out to Sean via text message and he responded quickly and was at the service department to help understand wast the issue was, and he too made me feel at ease and said to not worry, they would get things worked out and fixed. My car was ready the next day and I was back on the road. Hirmin and Sean stepped up and took care of me. Very professianl and I even was able to me the technician that worked on my car, I believe his name was Thomas, he told me everything he had done and that I should be good to go. Thanks again guys.
