We saw a vehicle we liked, took it out for a test drive and decided to purchase it. The appraisal was completed, our Pilot was traded in and we are now the owners of a new Honda CRV. I believe his name is Dave He dissaperd from his desk leaving me waiting for my car for a long time. The most annoying thing is that i told him about this first time when they told me that he went to his break without asking anyone to follow up with my car's paper work leaving me waiting long time, and he said" ooh I'm so sorry that will never happen again". I was ok great,but again he did the same thing....! The first time that happend did not want to mention anything in a review but happening twice is to much for profesional service I asked for the manager and there was no manager or gral manager available but there was Paul Ciardiello,and he tried his best to solve the problem but still does not make me feel satisfied cos it does not show how they value the time of their customers. More

Too much unnecessary swaiting I bought a car on Monday, it was not available until Friday. I was told Manly was such a volume dealership that there were many cars waiting to be ins I bought a car on Monday, it was not available until Friday. I was told Manly was such a volume dealership that there were many cars waiting to be inspected. It seems to me that if a car has been purchased, the least the dealership could do was provide enough people to get it inspected faster than four days. Also, I waited an hour to sign the purchase documents. Since the dealership had known for four days that I had bought that car, the papers could have been ready. We have bought several Hondas from this dealership in the past and have always recommended it highly. No more...The old Manly dealership was better, much more accommodating and conscious of customer service. I was told also that there was no pressure salesmanship but two different people pressured without letup to sell me Gap insurance which of course provides very large commissions for successful sales. More
