Super nice person, and I appreciated that it was a straightforward, low-stress transaction that netted me the car I wanted at a price I can manage. I care about the reliability of my vehicle but not so much spending a lot of time or energy procuring that vehicle! I think Neil could tell. :) Buying a car is a lengthy experience, but Neil shepherded the process, always keeping things moving and keeping me updated, even finding a way to reduce the amount of time waiting to see the finance person. I'd been thinking about this car for a year before buying, dreading visiting the dealership, but Neil made it painless. More

I also appreciated that Thomas had the car detailed as it had about 180 miles of use from test drives. I did feel a bit pressured to buy the Zurich Shield policy by the finance manager, Dave Sambad. I had been there for about five hours by then and was worried about all the potential problems I could have with the vehicle and I was too quick to sign. Still, it was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealer. More

Did not fix the problem that I had since last visit Several months ago I spent over $400 to change brakes & fix the problem, but the service guys changed the brakes but did not change the brake oil. All these months I had problem with brakes & did not have time to ho back. On the previous visit my husband ask them to fix the problem, they said we have to pay over $100 to change the brakes oil. First disappointment I have used this dealership for service on my Hondas for almost 15 years and everything has been great. I recently had my passenger side recalled airb I have used this dealership for service on my Hondas for almost 15 years and everything has been great. I recently had my passenger side recalled airbag replaced and it was done in less than an hour which is great. When I got home I noticed white plastic shredded debris on the passenger floormat as well as a white pasty substance on the dash. Whoever did the job did not clean up after doing the replacement. This has never happened before and I was disappointed. More

The customer service there from all levels, from the internet manager, sales consultant, floor manager to finance was EXCELLENT. All the staff, especially our sales consultant, Cristian Saldana was knowledgeable as well as patient in explaining options available and ensured that our needs were met. This whole process was done in a fast and timely manner. Although we came in to the dealership about 7:30 pm, they were able to get us out at a decent time with our new car. I would definitely return to purchase cars in the future and also recommend MANLY HONDA for a great and hassle free car purchase service! More
