As always, fast, thorough and friendly. I've been a Manly customer for many years and they never fail to do a complete job and and go outside the box. This time, my problem was a slow leak I've been a Manly customer for many years and they never fail to do a complete job and and go outside the box. This time, my problem was a slow leak in a tire and the TPMS light that wouldn't go out. They not only quickly fixed the tire (two nails) but explained how the TPMS system worked and how to reset and calibrate it. The new building is a vast improvement over the old one and so is the coffee machine. I might suggest that a little more creativity be used in picking the snacks. The fresh apples were a great healthy idea, but the other cabinets were empty. I wasn't there very long so it wasn't an issue but I have spent hours before and having a choice of treats would be nice. All in all, a pleasant experience. More

Plus when our son needed a new car we took he and his wife in to Manley. They bought a new Pilot, and are very happy with it. The CR-v we traded in was 9 years old, with almost 120,000 miles on it with never a problem. As usual everyone we came in contact with was very professional, and friendly. I was in sales for 20 years, and can spot a BSer a mile away. Our salesperson, Mark Sizemore, was very helpful and guided us through all of the new features this car has. Also Thomas Henschel in Finance was fantastic. More

Lengthy Mario spent half an hour or more demonstrating a bunch of features new to us. If we press all 3 buttons of the fob and hold for 3 seconds the fob beco Mario spent half an hour or more demonstrating a bunch of features new to us. If we press all 3 buttons of the fob and hold for 3 seconds the fob becomes a deadly Ninja throwing star. Also keyless entry, remote start, and( once demonstrated ) serious Sirius channel organizing. Finance was painless, and my wife loves her new car. This is our second Manly, it will likely outlast us both. More

I saved $3-4K off the Edmunds estimated value of this model, and could not be happier with my new ride. This is not the place to go to make a new best friend or to learn the fine points of your new car; this is a high-volume place that sells 500 cars a month (new and used). We were quickly passed from Mark to Mike to Joe as each got busy with other appointments. Understandably, the sales staff are not that familiar with the features of all the used cars they carry. But I appreciated their friendly efficiency and the fact that there was minimal sales pressure. Mark also had some helpful suggestions about where to get a car checked out mechanically (AAA) and where to buy inexpensive, high-quality rubber mats (online). The only unpleasant part of the visit was in finance. Once I politely but firmly stated that I was not going to buy the extended warranty (because Consumer Reports recommends against it), our guy got pretty hostile. He also started rushing me through the legal documents, urging me to sign each one after four seconds of me skimming them to see what I was signing. I checked his math as I was writing the check and gently pointed out a $90 error (in my favor); rather than thanking me, he got defensive. The finance office experience made a bad final impression, and it is the only reason I am rating this place four stars instead of five. But overall, I would recommend Manly Honda for the great deals (especially online via Consumer Reports- try their Build and Buy Car Service) and the extensive selection. More

Gave me all the info - answered more questions, got the parts into stock overnight -- and spent extra time helping me get the huge box into my vehicle. I've been TOTALLY impressed with every dept. at Manly -- thanks to Bob B, Patrick, and Mario -- it was such a pleasure dealing with them .... and the directions for installation them gave me - were right on the money (except for one tiny detail) -- the next day the hitch was in. Honda is a great car, and Manly is the only place to go ..... Thanks, df More
