Outstanding service from Jess Prestidge Jess is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding the service I needed. Along with being very professional he was also very personable and affable. He made me feel very comfortable, and my total overall experience there could not have been any better. From the caffe latte I enjoyed as I waited for my car to be serviced to Mr. Prestidge explaining to me how my car had locked on me with all windows and doors locked I could not get out. It had been an important concern I had, and Jess explained it well to me: it was an antitheft feature and how it happened and how I could resolve it with the cars remote key to silence the alarm and unlock all doors. Jess is a kind person and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He informed me they would vacuum my cars interior as a complementary service. He also gave me two free license plate holders and had them installed for me when I had inquired about them at the service counter. I could go on and on about all the reassurances and kind service he gave me, but I will end here and just say that Jess is quite an attribute to your company; and note that all service representatives in the world should be as kind, caring and helpful as Mr. Jess Prestidge. I give the very highest recommendation for this individual, Jess Prestidge, and also for your entire company there at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. More

Darin was nice and funny but my interest rate did not reflect my credit and he did not take the time to get me the best deal or close. Fast, efficient service experience! I had an 8:30 appointment, was on my shuttle home by 9:00, was picked up at home by the shuttle at 11:30, picked up my car and was home by 12:00! Terrible service I set up an appointment a week ago for my 2010 dodge ram. I bought it from Manly Honda. I brought it in for an oil change and cabin air filter. After being here 1 1/2 hours, I went to walk around. My truck was not in there service center and not in the parking lot. After looking at a neighboring dealership I got back and was then told that there were no parts here. And that I should have provided more information. As of 10 am my truck was still not ready. Since I bought it here why is there no information and parts available? I am getting very annoyed. The Web site provided only shows that my truck was dropped off, and nothing done. I am now late for work and still no update to when it will be done. I will not bring my truck back without serious apologies and discounts for their lack of equipment and parts. More
Lost my trust I purchased my Honda Pilot from Manly Honda in 2005 and have been bringing it into Manly Honda, religiously, for the past 11 years. Recently, I went I purchased my Honda Pilot from Manly Honda in 2005 and have been bringing it into Manly Honda, religiously, for the past 11 years. Recently, I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. First, I was surprised to learn that I would be charged for rotating the tires. I bought 4 new tires from Manly just last year, (after I received a call, during my oil change visit, saying I needed them) and was expecting a complimentary tire rotation. When I purchased tires from other facilities, that has always been the case. I wasn't upset, just disappointed. However recently after dropping off my Pilot for it's routine oil change, I received a call saying that I needed approximately $1,100.00 in repairs or services. Normally, I would accept Manly's service department recommendations and authorize the necessary services. This time, I declined to have extra recommended services. I decided to get a second opinion, and learned that only one, of the four services, the Manly service tech said my car needed, was necessary. And the fee for that repair was almost half of what Manly wanted to charge me for the same repair. ($300.00 vs. $545.00) Needless to say, I no long trust Manly Honda to be honest about the repairs I need and will not be returning there for any service. I am now questioning how many of the other "calls" I received during routine oil changes, saying I needed additional repairs...I really needed. More
