I traded in my old Subaru and left something in the cargo compartment I wanted to retrieve. I called Tom and others about this but my request has remained in limbo. In fact, I feel like I was forgotten ten days after my purchase. It has been nearly a month now and I have not received my license plates, information about Zurich, or my lost items. I sure would like to hear from the Manly folks regarding my questions. P.S. I do not remember Brian Chock but Scott Reznnek was excellent in his presentation. It was just so much information, at once, when I hadn't eaten all day and was exhausted and a bit loopy. Some clarification is much needed. Thanks More

Easy purchase at a good price! I used the USAA car purchasing program and Cory was my contact. Our initial meeting at the dealership was with Tony as Cory had the day off, with foll I used the USAA car purchasing program and Cory was my contact. Cory did the demo on the car for me and actually knows how to use everything, which was great! I've sat in demos where the salesperson was reading a script, not so with Cory. Thomas didn't use any high pressure salesman tactics. I had a very busy work schedule and he was able to work around it. Even on a day when I was scheduled to come in and see him to finish up the paperwork, I called thomas and told him I wasn't able to come in because I was swamped at my work place. Thomas was very professional about it and he didn't start to get pushy or aggressive because I wasn't able to come in. He gave me a very good price on the new car I was buying. Not only that but he was able to match my trade in request price for my old car which I thought was amazing! He was able to locate the car that I wanted and secure it quickly as it was in transit. Instead of rushing me out of the dealership after the deal was done, he took his time and carefully went through all the functions in the car. Thomas passed me onto Michael who was the finance manager and Michael was able to get me in and out of the finance room within less than 15 minutes!! Other times when I bought previous cars I was stuck in the finance room for hours! With Thomas he listened that I told him I had ZERO interest in anything the finance guy was gonna offer me and he listened to what I told him and he told Michael and Michael got me out of there quick! I'm glad manly Honda hired Thomas because thanks to him I drove home in a brand new 2016 Honda Civic EX! If any of my friends or family are searching for a new or used car I will definitely recommend Thomas to all of them! No wonder he has SO MANY good reviews on here! Keep up the good work Thomas!!
