Cooperative Bill Robertson is always conscientious. He works so hard to do his best for his customers that he truly deserves a hero metal. I am, however, concer Bill Robertson is always conscientious. He works so hard to do his best for his customers that he truly deserves a hero metal. I am, however, concerned about the stress level to which your service representatives are subjected. Too many appointments, I notice, have all of your employees running like hamsters. It also means longer wait times. Regardless, Bill pleasantly soldiers on and I would always recommend him. More

I am now driving around in a brand new civic thanks to his help! He was very informative throughout the process but did not pressure us at all to make a decision. Wonderful service and so glad that we stopped in that day. More
Hard to beat their great customer service !!! Buying a car is something I sort of dread , like going to the dentist lol. So I was pleasantly surprised when I drove into Manly and had " Hawaiian Mike " come out to the lot to greet me. I have never had such a nice experience with a car salesman ever. Through the hours it took to test drive, paperwork, credit checks etc, we were laughing, he was so helpful and friendly it was amazing. I live 150 miles away and told him I really wanted to drive my new vehicle home even though it needed a safety check, oil change , detailing and etc, it was already six pm, but he made it happen for me!!! Even ordered us tacos to munch on while we waited. I drove home in my car thinking this was the best experience ever, by far I have had at any car dealership, and it is very rare for me to take the time to write a review!! Also want to give a big shout out to my finance guy Darrin, who was so professional and helpful, he was the best, and he deserves credit for his efficiency as well ... Thank you all so much , Erin Sullivan More

The trip home to El Cerrito where we live was wonderful. However, on Monday, we started down the hill we live on and I placed the shift to S as I always did in the Accord. Imagine our shock when the CR/V started accelerating down a hill to over 35 mph, whereas our Accord always held the speed to about 25 mph! I pulled over and shifted to L, and the car continued to accelerate above 25 mph if I didn’t apply the brakes. Even on the moderate slope in the S position, the car started accelerating above the 25 mph speed limit unless I kept braking. The same thing happens every day as we have only three directions to go and all are downhill! To say that we are upset is an understatement! What is happening in our CR/V that didn’t happen in our Accord? Is this a normal performance for CV/Rs? Do other drivers call this to your attention? We bought the CV/R Touring for its safety features, which perform very well and we are completely satisfied with those; however, this is hardly a safety feature! Every time the car starts accelerating on a moderate slope, I have to look at the speedometer to check the speed, and then keep applying the brake and looking at the speedometer until the slope flattens out. Please respond as to what can be done – if anything. Charles and Janet Seim More
First service Fast, polite, friendly and competitively priced. That's all I think is needed to summarize my experience and resent having to meet a word minimum. We felt that she really wanted to make us happy but had to overcome other obstacles to get through the sale. The car we were interseted in had not been through a safety check and had some scratches that needed to be touched up. These meant that we were not able to go take the car home, but had to do all paperwork to finish deal ahead of time. This made us feel a littl euneasy as we didnt know if paying for soemthing that had not been checked was a good idea - however we put a clause into bill of sale and felt that protected us in the case of unsatisfactory results. Julie guided us through this process and explained items and turned us over to finance. This was about 1.5 hours from arrival to getting turned over to finance, our time with Finance where we reviewed and signed the remainder of documentation was about half an hour. I am not sure if purchasing a car is always a long process, the staff we interacted with were pleasant but the process seemed to take a very long time to go through. We came to see one car, test drove and agreed we wanted to move forward with our first half hour in the building, then spend an additional two hours signing papers. We felt the price was fair and did not negotiate lower terms, so we are unsure of why from the initial sit down to finance took 1.5 hours. The atmosphere and service of staff was great, but there needs to be a streamlined way of getting from agreement through sale - especially when clients are not negotiating price and have excellent credit. There is no way that signing the small stack of agreements should have taken that long. We felt like there was a lot of spacing between documents being handed to us to sign, then those being taken back and reviewed, then another paper, then review with upper management. This is no reflection of our salesperson as they are required to do this process, but we felt like there was a lot of back and forth that could be streamlined. Overall, Julie is a great salesperson, the Manly staff were very helpful in explanations and we are happy to have the car after additional back and forth with getting scratches fixed and safety check completed. Out of the 7 dealerships we visited in the last two weeks, this had the best atmosphere and the staff were not pushy but offered their knowledge and help readily. More

This is not my favorite method of accomplishing something, but it worked nonetheless. I'm not sure why it took so long in the first place, but everyone makes a mistake once in a while. The important thing is that the mistake was acknowledged and handled in a prompt and friendly manner. Beejan personally called my husband to apologize and sent a letter of apology to both of us. He also included a couple of "free oil change" cards. Manly Honda does care about its customers after all, and because of the way they took care of things for us, my husband and I will definitely consider another purchase from them. More

I thought a new fob was needed so I went to Manly Honda Parts Dept to get a new one. The counter clerk said it could be the battery, they are not all made to the same specs and that could be the problem. He replaced the battery, I went out and tested it and it now worked just fine. He also replaced the cracked cover for me, the total cost was $17 verses $150 for a new fob and programming. Looking at both batteries side-by-side you could see a slight difference! Thank you Patrick at Manly Parts Dept. More
