Rectified an unfortunate situation I called to make an appointment to get tires about 1 week before my appointment day. I was given an appointment and told what brand of tires I would be receiving. I showed up the day and time of my appointment and they didn't have me on file as having an appointment AND they didn't have my size of tires. Needless to say I was upset. I was getting ready to leave when Santiago told me he could use tires from another client who didn't show up for his appointment. After what could have been a huge hassle, they made everything right. And their shuttle system was very helpful as I was able to get to and back from work to the dealership. More

Mark was up front about the price and discounts we could get from Manly. It was a better price than our credit union could get. We settled on the model, colors, etc. and he was able to find the car for us within a day. He carefully went through all the features of our car before we went to see the sales manager to pay for the car. We would have no reservations recommending Manly Honda based on our car buying experience. More

We walked around the lot a little and I didn't see anything that spoke to me. But then we happened across the elusive Honda SI. Tom has an SI himself, and didn't hesitate to say how much he enjoys it. We test drove and checked out all of the features. Tom was very relatable and relaxed throughout our interactions. After we became more acquainted we chatted about some unrelated stuff. I'm also incredibly excited about my car!! More
