Sales people and Owners CD not up with new techology I love my new CRV but the sales people are not acquainted with the new technologies. The owners CD which is now what you receive is not up to date with the technology either. The CD still says that the Navi system requires a serial number and security code. This information is supposed to come on a label that comes with your owners manual. Honda no longer gives you an owners manual nor does it give you the label the information is supposed to be on. I went back to my salesman and said that I didn't receive an owners manual and he swore that he put it in my center console. He was sure that I had lost it. He couldn't have put a non existent manual in my center console. He then told me he would order one and would call me when it came in. I was then sent to the service department so that they could get my serial number and code. They finally sent me a knowledgeable service adviser who told me that the serial number and code come up automatically when the car is hooked up to their equipment. The Honda official CD hasn't been updated to give this correct information. More

When you have an emergency Manly Service comes through! In the middle of a work week and you can't secure your car, except with a taped on piece of plastic over a window whose electric motor won't roll it In the middle of a work week and you can't secure your car, except with a taped on piece of plastic over a window whose electric motor won't roll it up, that is a problem. Bill was able to check stock for the part and save it for me and squeeze in a same day afternoon appointment for me. The window was fixed and the price was fair and the repair work perfect and the paper work smooth. I was even able to make two more service appointments. I have been going to Manly for at least 10 years for my 2 Honda Odyssey minivans and I can't remember having any service experiences that I regret. One more thing, the service writers that I have had have been very good at helping me obtain the right amount and type of repairs that I need and not pressuring me to agree to more than what is necessary for proper maintenance thus avoiding untimely breakdowns. 1st Sale of the Day! I originally fell in love with the Honda HR-V at a more local dealership, but we were shopping around before I jumped all in. I was in contact, via email and phone, with one of the salesmen. We finally set a date and he made everything simple and fast. I traded in my older vehicle at that time as well, and that entire process was painless, aside from the emotional final farewell. Finance portion was so simple, and the gentleman helped me to get a lower loan rate than I had previously found on my own. We were driving my new car off the lot in under 3 hours. First sale of the day! I half expected balloons or confetti to drop from the ceiling. It felt that good. More

This time was the first time to purchase a vehicle from them and I am so glad that I did. When it comes to cars, I don't have a lot of confidence in what I need though I do know what I want . I know the things that I have enjoyed about driving other vehicles and some of the things that I have not liked. I really appreciated that the service team sat with me and really listened to what I had to say. They were able to match me up with the perfect car and helped me get the best deal and financing possible. Whereas I might feel unsure about going to service centers for maintenance normally, I am pleased that I need not worry about that now. I know that the team at Manly Honda is going to look after my needs. They will be fair and provide me with the options that I might need. A special thank you to Beejan, Justin, Sean and Dave.
