Manly handled our recent airbag recall VERY professionally We had a CRV involved in the airbag recall. A LONG DAY! The service initially was for 120,000 mile maintenance however as the day progress their was more and more that needed to be addressed. I was offered a car but thought i would be out by 11 a.m. so i turned it down. I arrived at 7 a.m. (found out the service dept. opens 7:30)! Bottom line i should have taken the offer for a loaner car. In spite of spending most of my day in the service dept. the service was EXCELLENT. My car needed a lot of attention $1,700.00 plus. But it rides great and hopefully i will be able to take it to 200,000 miles plus! (like my previous 2002 Accord which was totaled when someone ran into me at a stop light)! All of my cars have always been serviced at Manley. The persons i worked with for service was understanding apologetic for the time i was spending in the service dept. and very helpful. It was just a long day but i left with a great runing 2002 Honda Accord. Bill More

Worst auto buying experience I have ever had. This was my first experience in replacing a leased vehicle and I unfortunately did not research on the Honda website as I should have. I had expected This was my first experience in replacing a leased vehicle and I unfortunately did not research on the Honda website as I should have. I had expected the dealer visit would be a broad learning experience. I asked for what alternative return procedures I had. I asked for comparison of what I thought were different alternatives. I got one answer; not any comparisons .The presentation materials (Honda's poor doing) were pretty bad especially in terms of colors. Dylan's salesmanship was almost non-existent and he was replaced with Hawaii Mike the high pressure closer. After being given a total cost a push was made by Dave order prepping person) to sell me some extra stuff. After 3 hours I left with no paper work confirming color or what I had ordered. After then looking at the Honda Web it seems what I thought I had ordered was not so. Also there were substantial pricing disconnects. This resulted in verbal jousting and phony claims when I came to pick up the car. I did take delivery of the ordered car even though the pricing differences were watered over; was given minimal guidance on all of its various controls and will probably never use all the functions I paid for. My big mistake was not walking out after the first half hour at the dealership. Not sure I met with Brian. More

Airbag recall, new brakes. I was pleased to find no arguments when I brought in my recall letter from Honda. I was immediately offered a free rental until parts could be obtaine I was pleased to find no arguments when I brought in my recall letter from Honda. I was immediately offered a free rental until parts could be obtained to replace my airbag. I also needed new brakes and roter? servicing. I didn't expect to see my CRV until summer, but was overjoyed to have it fixed in less than a month. Thanks for your help and excellent communication. More
