I came in late on Monday afternoon, because my battery light came on. I needed to take my boys to their grandparents the next morning. Jess assessed the situation, thought we needed a new alternator, made sure the part was in stock, realized it was under warranty, and sent me home with a free loaner car for the night. The following morning he called at 11AM stating the job was complete. I was still able to get my children to their grandparents on time. Thank you! More

Bill Robertson is often my service advisor as he was today, and even if there are computer glitches, or issues (RARE!) he is so kind and considerate. The shuttle drivers are ALWAYS courteous and today I had the pleasure of riding with Santiago, who was great. All staff jump in if they see you walk in and are truly happy to help(Bill P., Ted K.) He volunteered to come out to my car to determine which fused needed to be replaced. Not only did he sell me the replacement fuse but installed it as well. I was very appreciative for his assistance. Patrick has a very pleasant demeanor. He also took the time to explain to me how to prevent another failed fuse in the future by not pushing in my phone charger all the way into the accessory slot. Patrick’s service exceeded by expectations in all respects. More

Starting from the beginning when I just bought a Honda Pilot from your dealership through Chris Navarro and cannot speak highly enough of his service. Starting from the beginning when we were contacting different dealerships as Thd Pilot is hard to find, Chris was by far the most helpful, communicative and clearly knew what he was talking about. Not only that but he went out of his way to address our needs (with a new baby on the way any day) in terms of which model to buy, etc...he was professional but very personal (when we went to test drive the car he showed us everything AND gave us new parents to be tips on where to put the car seat, stroller, etc. we bought the car that day with him because he spent so much time going over everything with us without the notorious pressure to buy on the spot. We bought some accessories like the roof rack and tow package plus all the protective coatings and thus left the car with him to pick up in the near future. Then SURPRISE our baby came a few weeks early and Chris took it upon himself to personally drive the car down to our house in Sausalito to show us all the Nuiances once the accessories were ready and we were home with our new babe. As a blurry eyed exhausted and elated mom it was the most helpful thing to have him there to show us In person at our house and literally be able to text him questions on things we didn't get days later! Chris went above and beyond in every way and I can't speak highly enough about his personal and professional abilities as our car salesman! Thank you Chris!! More
