Traded my Honda for a new one Chris Navarro called me with a deal. I said I'd think about it, but was really skeptical because I couldn't figure out how it would benefit Manly Hond Chris Navarro called me with a deal. Why would they offer me a new car for my old one, possibly reducing my monthly payments? I decided to just forget about it, but Chris followed up a week later. I asked him the big question, and he said it was something Honda offers. I've driven Hondas for the last 10 years and really like them- AND Manly Honda- so I asked more questions. Jumping ahead, I now have the car I want in the color I wanted in the first place (it wasn't available in the color back then when I bought my last one) and I'm really happy. Chris made it so easy for me and I'm very thankful for his patience because things like this really stress me out. More

But we were ready and had our game face on. Turned out we didn't need to. Tom Larson was genial, relaxed and actually fun to be with. We came and went back and forth over a couple of days shuttling between dealers, and peppering Tom with a million questions. He was kind and patient, and at the end of the day, our expectations were exceeded. We got more car at less price than we were expecting. Great experience and superior salesman. More
