Metin Lus was very good at explaining the many features of the car(s) during the test drives and again reviewing the features before I took possession of the vehicle. Tom Haidet was nothing but great while handling the actual purchase transaction. Both gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in answering my questions. They assured me I could call or stop by if I ever had any questions or concerns. (I believe them.) I experienced no sales pressure - which was nice. Darin Jackson was also very professional while processing the final paperwork.( I don't know what else they could have done to make the experience better other than offering me a glass of champagne following the purchase!)
