I can depend upon the great service advisors at Manly Honda to always take care of my service needs in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. Yesterday I brought my car in for routine service and Bill Robertson helped me. Bill is a real credit to Manly Honda, as are all of Manly Honda's employee's. He took the time to listen to my needs, advise me what would be the best services to meet my needs at the most reasonable price. I really appreciate the personalized customer care. I always feel like I am a valued customer, that my car is getting all it's service needs addressed is a way that provides top value for me. I have been doing business with Manly Honda since 1981 when I bought an used 71' Ford Maverick from them for $1495.00. Even this 10 year old car gave me good service for years. Best new car experience ever! I had been searching for a new HR-V for about 5 months when I reached out to Manly Honda. I received an immediate response. We texted back and for I had been searching for a new HR-V for about 5 months when I reached out to Manly Honda. I received an immediate response. We texted back and forth a couple of times. I then returned a call to Cory McMurray. He told me when they expected a car and what I needed to do. I then left town for a week. When I returned I again talked to Cory. He sent me a short video of the car, the out the door cost, and I replied I was in 100%. He then offered to deliver the car - a couple hundred mile drive - at no extra cost. The ease in working with Cory, the customer service provided, the follow through and keeping his word, along with his friendly demeanor were outstanding! For sure. I am more than happy. No hassle. No hidden agenda. Just terrific communication and follow-up. And the reason I say the best new car buying experience in my life. And when the car was delivered it took about 15 minutes to sign the paperwork (which was already filled out) and they were on their way. More

Greatest Service Department Ever I am on my second used Honda from Manly. Manly gave my first Honda such good service and care that I felt confident in giving it to my Granddaughter I am on my second used Honda from Manly. Manly gave my first Honda such good service and care that I felt confident in giving it to my Granddaughter for her first car. She has had it for 2 1/2 years now and has had no problems at all. Their service department has always met their commitments on when they will be finished, done exceptional work and I have never had to bring my car back to have something redone. Their service advisers are professional , knowledgeable, flexible, and take customer care seriously. I always feel like they care about me as well as my car. I was very lucky to have found them and I still go to them for service even though I live in Lakeport and they are in Santa Rosa. GOOD JOB MANLY!!! More
