Purchasing experience Two words..."Chris Foy". I emailed 11 Honda Dealerships dealerships in the Sacramento and Bay area inquiring about the availability of a 2015 Civi Two words..."Chris Foy". I emailed 11 Honda Dealerships dealerships in the Sacramento and Bay area inquiring about the availability of a 2015 Civic EX and the purchase price. The price Chris gave me was $1600 less than the next lowest which was the Davis Honda Dealership which refused to meet Manly's quote, yet kept calling me to see if they could be of any help. I drove from Sacramento to Santa Rosa and met Chris when the doors opened Sunday morning. The quote he gave me was still valid with no surprises or pressure. For someone who shun stepping onto dealership's lot, my experience working with Chris Foy was very pleasant and the customer service nothing less than exceptional. If I had to purchase another Honda, I would save myself the circus shows at the other dealerships and email Chris Foy. Done. No hassles. No surprises. Mark's friendly demeanor made me feel at ease which, in turn, allowed me to make an informed decision about purchasing my vehicle.
