It has performed as a support vehicle for thousands of miles of bicycle racing at a painful 15 mph average, with no problems. Sadly, I have taken the van to a non-dealer for regular oil changes, tires, etc, but had never dealt with timing belt, water pump, valves, etc. Now, after all these years, it needed all of that deferred maintenance, plus it was having a transmission issue. (Again, my bad for poor maintenance history.) Rather than spend upwards of $5000 on a car whose value was half that, it was time to look seriously at the car I have wanted for a few years now - the AWD CR-V. Our Honda sales rep, Jesse Bower, made sure we qualified for financing, took us for a test drive, gave us the best he could on poor Old Faithful and an excellent deal on a 2014 CR-V EXL. I haven't bought a car in over 9 years, and I don't remember it being this stress free! Absolutely nothing negative in the experience and I LOVE my new car!! More

He was knowledgeable, approachable and comforting when I expressed my concerns. Tom's demeanor is clearly contrary to the stereo typed "car salesman". I highly recommend him...and encourage anyone to seek him out even if it means returning should you miss him on a day off! He truly listened rather than waiting to talk...BONUS!! More

Confusion, due to lack of knowledge on my part. Yet Happy! Well, not truly knowing my actual credit score, and the oldest credit account only being a little over 1 year. What is good credit these day, and how Well, not truly knowing my actual credit score, and the oldest credit account only being a little over 1 year. What is good credit these day, and how bad is bad? So I thought I could walk in and maybe try for a new car or something newer than the car I had, that needed $5,000 to fix. I said to myself why not(shrugs shoulders) just use some of that $5,000 for a down payment. Due to an inconsistent work schedule, public transportation wasn't always available. I was basically driving a different rental car every week for a month all different Makes and models. I may have spoiled myself a little in doing so plus, what I want and what needed are truly different. I was in need of a car so badly, I made a haste decision over a 4 to 4.5 hour period. I could have walked away at any time, but then I really didn't know what was happening with getting financed or what my car options may be. Well I was financed with a high interest rate and a higher monthly than I would have liked, so I put down $4,000 that night and promised to bring a check for another $1,000 to put down the following morning. Now to my surprise he after saying verbatim "I hope you're not picky, but don't I'll hook you up" Red flag, but didn't register, I looked and I kind of slumped a little because I had VW Passat V6 and now I will have a choice of taking a 2.5L instead of having a little bit more with DOHC 30V, so I took it anyways. I do like the older engines than these new they don't sound or it's the new design or the lack of weight to dampen the noise, but that is my opinion and I feel that way about most products today, and that the consumer will still buy a product due to it's brand though even though It is inexpensive to the manager and of course there's retail value and wholesale values too. Money is tight these days, but it's new and shiny and has LED lighting "I'll take it" who cares if there's been powertrain problems at 60,000 miles factory warranty because they already know that's when the consumer should start paying for their car again. Sorry gettting off track and also has nothing to do with Manly Honda or even Martin Gracia, who is very personable, professional, will go above and beyond to help in any way possible. He may actually think that I might write a bad review but, it's all about the end result, which is, is everyone happy. So after buying a brandused vehicle, a 2011 Jetta 2.5 L SE which is almost 4 years old and only had just barely over 19,000 miles on it from a previous lease. I drove away tired, some mixed emotions and thinking maybe I could have gotten a better deal or why not a Honda? I, on the way home thought maybe the brakes were a bit soft or squishy and it took a little longer to stop and the brake pedal went a little further than I think it should. I thought maybe I'm just tired and will wake tomorrow and be different. I didn't seem to have a problem on the way to drop off the check at Manly's. I did, though on the way to work. I almost rear ended the same car twice and I was over the safe distance behind and at the legal speed. Still a little perturbed over my interest rate, I start to feel other things go wrong with the car. Now I'm mad at Martin, I want to give the car back, I just wasn't happy. Having some funds made available to me, I said I want to pay it all off at once. Contracts can be so convoluted and with minimal research done it's even worse. So Martin calls or texts me and does his best(this man has a lot of patience), I can sometimes be hard to work with and maybe even a little needy, and he would say come by and we'll handled it. He is a man of his word, and with scheduling issues and me wanting to get an answer that I would like to hear, instead of following the process which I didn't so that slowed things even more. Needless to say Today is 1 week exactly and they checked out everything I said was wrong with the car and there were no problems but the technician did agree with me and that it just might be Volkswagens brake point is different, and he was able to ascertain and provide a solution to this problem. So in all departments due to Martin's direction I was treated very well. I just needed peace of mind and was given just that. I thank everyone there that was involved. I drove home happy and in knowing Martin, he will probably still call me or text to see how I'm doing, and if even on his days off he will still pick up the phone to talk or text. I haven't experienced, or have I viewed many who would be dedicated and give so much of his own time to someone he just met whether or not it was just a car sale or any other type of transaction. All he would need is a 1(800 or 888 number and he'd be all set. I believe I have said enough and I can definitely go on. This is Robert Guarino Braisted Zimmerman Merrill and, I Thank you, and I hope I don't have to see you sooner than needed to. More

Mark Rad :) approached me and immediately laid down the facts. Manly car is about superior customer satisfaction and I was no exception. We talked about it for a bit and I gave a price I was going to pay, and he bet it! That same day, I worked with Mark and Cory to get the details of the car, the financing, where to find the color I wanted, and that settled it! I was getting a car! I went in this morning (10/12) and Mark immediately helped me out, paper work done, explained the car details, and I was on my way home! I couldn't have had a better service and I am officially a car owner! Thanks guys for everything! I hope to see you soon! More
