My husband made me promise that Manly had what we wanted at their advertised price before we drove up from Marin. Our salesman, Benjamin Schneider was OUTSTANDING & apologized for Jeremy Taunton's claim there's several 2014 Civic Hybrid's in black, silver, etc. when there was none @$21,579.00 (the email advertised price). Ben fixed it right away by finding one w/ leather via a Selma, CA dealer swap that was great for them to do at the busy end of month sales period to give us exactly what we wanted & at exactly what they quoted via email. Benjamin really went the extra mile to ensure our COMPLETE happiness with our purchase & not just satisfaction with our buy. Ben gave us his cell number for any future questions & even offered to drive down to Marin to give full instructions to our daughter (this 2014 Honda Civic Hybrid was a surprise UC Davis graduation present for achieving a 3.96 GPA & graduating Summa Cum Laude). Jeremy Tauton was pleasant with Cyril Kangrga & Stewart Iniguez (finance dept) being absolute pros-quick & painless w/ no extra sales pitches. My husband didn't believe they would deliver at the advertised sales price & so I thank you for proving me right! Also thanks for not trying to up sell or pressure us in addition to respecting that we knew exactly want we wanted to buy & at what price. We're surprised that the car buying experience actually turned out enjoyable & of course we're delighted w/ our 2014 Civic Hybrid w/ leather! Manly Honda was absolutely terrific & did wonders to dispel the old dealer repution. We very highly recommend Manly Honda of Santa Rosa!!!! I had gone to many dealers to simply browse, but never with the intention of purchasing a car that day. Each time, I was pressed to actually make a purchase; I didn't like that. This last Saturday, I decided that it was time to purchase my car. So I decided to go to Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. Much of my extended family has raved about what great service they have gotten there, so I knew I could trust it. I had two model in mind, the 2015 Honda Fit, and the 2014 Honda Civic. I test drove both, and felt safe and comfortable. Mostly, If felt that Val was very knowledgeable in both vehicles; he made me feel at ease and welcomed any and all questions that I had. I ultimately decided on the 2014 Honda Civic, and I absolutely love it. I am very pleased with my purchase, and will definitely recommend this dealership to all prospective buyers. The services is truly customer oriented; which is so valuable. I have gone into dealerships where I didn't feel like I mattered. Go into Manly Honda in Santa Rosa, ask for Val Stuart. Best experience ever!! I went in to Manly Honda to simply see what my possibilities were. I was assisted by this guy Sean. He showed me the new and used Honda Civics. I wasn't sure what I wanted at the time, but after working with him and Beejan, I was presented with some great options. I also found out some information about my trade in that I had no idea about. So while I only came there to look, they helped me understand that I'm in at the right time. And with no pressure from them, I made a comfortable decision and left a very happy man! They explained everything clearly and Sean was especially helpful with his knowledge of the vehicle and how everything works. Can't begin to say how great of an experience it was. Cory Mcmurray and Manly Honda, Santa Rosa, CA I used Manly Honda to buy my first CRV in 2009 and when it was time to buy a new one, Manly Honda was my first choice. I used the Build & Buy program I used Manly Honda to buy my first CRV in 2009 and when it was time to buy a new one, Manly Honda was my first choice. I used the Build & Buy program through Consumer Reports to select the model, trim line and options I wanted. That program issued me a Certificate of Value for that particular model. I was pleased to see that the dealer price offered was below the price that I calculated through Consumer Reports' Car Pricing Reports feature. The Build & Buy program sent my name and email address to Manly Honda and Cory Mcmurray sent me an email introducing himself as one of the Internet Sales representatives. My situation at the time was that I was living out of the country but expecting to soon return and so I could not use the certificate right away. Cory was very diligent about keeping email contact with me and after several exchanges over the weeks, he asked if he should stop contacting me. I thought that was a good business practice - it is both polite and practical, in that it allows the potential buyer to terminate the contact in a nice way, if so desired. Cory also made several telephone contacts. Thus, when I was ready to use my certificate, I felt comfortable contacting Cory and making an appointment with him. When I arrived at the showroom, I asked a friendly sales person to direct me to Cory. Cory stood up when I approached the desk, I identified myself and he offered his hand to shake. (Cory, you might want to try putting a little more grip into your handshake!) Throughout the sales process that followed, Cory was courteous, knowledgeable and informative and he took all the time I needed through each step. When it came time to make an appointment to pick up the car (which came from another dealer in Fairfield), I mentioned that I would need to return the rental car I was using that day. Cory took the initiative to suggest he could provide me with a Manly Honda courtesy car and could pick me up at the rental agency and return me to Manly to get the courtesy car. We immediately put that plan into action and it was a big relief to me to have the problem of getting from the rental agency to Manly so easily solved. Cory gave me a thorough orientation to the car, using a model on the lot before mine had arrived, and again at the time I took possession of my car. He synced my phone with the Nav system and helped me set up names and numbers in my address book, voice tags, and radio preset stations. The day after, Cory made a follow up call and again offered to answer any questions I might have, resolve any problems, or show me anything about the Nav system I was unsure of. I also want to commend Stuart Iniguez for his professional manner; he went through the financing process in an informative and expeditious way.
