First of all I love Hondas and due to the excellent service I have received from the service dept. on my last two Hondas I wanted to stay with this brand. I was very nervous about buying a new car because I hate high pressure sales tactics. I entered the type of vehicle I wanted on Honda.com and within a half an hour I received a call from salesman Jordan Sanchez. He was terrific and asked questions about when I wanted to buy a car, the specifics of the car I wanted to buy. Within a day he provided me with the price and financing options and then called when he had the car I wanted. When we met to purchase the car he sold it to me at the price he had quoted which was a great deal. He spend time when I picked up the car to explain all the bells and whistles and called the next day to see how I was doing with the new vehicle. Honestly, Jordan was wonderful and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a car at Manly Honda. The finance manager was also very helpful and no pressure tactics were used. So I am driving my beautiful Basque Red CR-V EX-L and loving the whole experience. Thank you Manly Honda, service department and Jordan. More

Second time as good as the first We had purchased a new Honda Accord last year and were very happy with the experience, so when we were in the market for a used truck (to replace a be We had purchased a new Honda Accord last year and were very happy with the experience, so when we were in the market for a used truck (to replace a behemoth 2003 Chevy Silverado that had outlived its RV-towing usefulness), we went back, this time to the used car section. We thought we wanted a used Toyota Tacoma, and we first went to the Toyota used car sales lot, but they did not have what we wanted). When we got to Manly, Tom Haidet greeted us and talked with us a bit, then showed us two used Tacomas. They were larger and more expensive than we really needed, but we test drove one and liked it. We decided to think about it, so we went home. Tom followed up that afternoon with a nice email. After two days passed, we decided we should drive the Tacoma again and maybe purchase it. We called Tom and he advised that the vehicle had been sold, but reminded us of the other one they had in stock. We went back and test drove the second Tacoma, but it was not as nice as the first, and just did not seem like the right fit. As we were discussing it, Jesse Bower, another Manly salesperson (and the man from whom we bought our new Accord last year) was also there, and he suggested to Tom that we might like to test drive a used 2008 Honda Ridgeline that had recently come into the dealership. Although we had not really been considering a Ridgeline, we took a test drive. Gotta say, Jesse was right. Great drive, very comfortable leather seats, lots of extras we didn't need but really liked, for the same price of the Tacomas we had looked at. When we sat to talk numbers, we looked over the Carfax they ran for the vehicle. Then we showed Jesse the KBB and Edmunds trade-in values for the Silverado we were trading in, and they honored the numbers we brought in, and we were comfortable with the final price we paid for our (new to us) used Honda Ridgeline. This was our second time buying a vehicle from Manly Honda, and we will always come here first for any future vehicle needs. Hands down the best dealer experience. More

Great Experience!! I thought going into this I could only afford a used car. But after talking with Jan F. de Ryt and a great fiancé man I think his name was Dan did I thought going into this I could only afford a used car. But after talking with Jan F. de Ryt and a great fiancé man I think his name was Dan did I realize my dream of a brand new car, I told the salesman what I wanted, after only about 15 mins. did the gentleman bring me all I asked for in a new car and stuff I never knew I wanted. After the great new car and friendly service by Mr. Van de Ryt I deicide to go for it, and I couldn't be happier. The team took great care of me while I filled out the paperwork and even stayed till about 9:30 p.m. explaining and going over everything with me in regards to the car. Looking for an older Honda or Toyota within my budget My name is Irene and my friend Michael is a senior citizen with only Social Security for an income which makes it very hard for him to make ends meet. My name is Irene and my friend Michael is a senior citizen with only Social Security for an income which makes it very hard for him to make ends meet. When an underinsured driver destroyed his car he was devastated and afraid it would be impossible to replace with his limited resources. Tom Larson was so very helpful and understanding and went to great lengths to find the perfect vehicle and make it fit into Michael's budget. Michael once again is on the road and intends to advise all his many friends and acquaintances that if they are shopping for a car to go see Tom. Thanks you Thomas Larson and thank you Manly Honda for this car. I told Tom that perhaps in a year or so I may be interested in upgrading to a used hybrid and will be in touch with him.
