The environment at the dealership, in general, is relaxing and I don't feel like I had to make a decision that day. The atmosphere was jovial which also put me at ease. We decided to take a car for a test drive and mentioned that we are also interested in the Nissan Altima - he didn't blink an eye and encouraged us to go look and come back when we're ready. His pleasnt and easy going attitude is what made me return - there was no pushiness or aggressiveness that we encountered at Hansel Honda. He was simply conversational and informational. We decided to purchase a brand new Honda Accord LX we test drove and completed the paperwork with Thomas, who was nothing short of wonderful. He took the time to explain car features and all the paperwork and even offered to pick me up to come get my vehicle the next day after it was detailed - above and beyond! Mr. Faraji and Martin in finance were humorous and extremely non-pushy - the whole team made me feel at ease with the entire car buying process as a woman. I felt comfortable talking to each of them and there were no aggressive tactics to sell warranties or add-ons. Buy your car here if you want to deal with people who know their vehicles and have a great attitude - i will be recommending Manly Honda for years thanks to Jordan and Thomas! I left the dealership at 8pm after completing all paperwork but it was extremely pleasant from start to finish. Customer service at its best!!!! More

Once I test drove the CIvic that I like , Tom and I then sat down a discussed my trade-in and what I wanted to do and what kind of monthly payments I wanted. It all was a very easy process, no pressure, and we were able to get the car at the payments I wanted. I was given a very fair price for my trade-in, I had check Kelly Blue Book. The dealer/Internet Sales Manager named Mark Fladseth met with me even when he was already off work at 7pm when I was able to leave work. Mark took care of some extras for me and proved to me his word is good. I got a scratch/dent removed and repainted so I couldn't even tell it had ever been there on my white, 2011 Honda Fit Sport, 4 new car tires and a hole in the back seat fixed. Mark made sure I had a free loaner car to drive each time, so I could pick my 12 year old son up from school. The car has automatic everything and will hold it's value as it is a Honday. The new cars I could afford were all manual everything. From the time I found my dream car on-line, to all the extras. I had my car in days! More
