Very Positive Experience I began my search for a new or used car online and worked with Mark Fladseth as the online person. After looking at the online cars and doing my resea I began my search for a new or used car online and worked with Mark Fladseth as the online person. After looking at the online cars and doing my research, we met with him yesterday, looked at a few cars, drove one and made a decision to buy a new 2014 Honda Accord. Mark was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward. He made the somewhat intense process of purchasing a new car fairly easy. We think he gave me a fair and didn't feel he was encouraging me to buy a more expensive model or fancier trim. He let us take a lunch break (buying a new car apparently can take hours) and then we came back and finished the paperwork and off we went. I would highly recommend looking for a car online and with Mark as your person. More

Great Experience. I went into Manly Honda looking to lease a new Honda Fit. After parking, I was able to find the Fits right away. No more than 5 minutes had gone by an I went into Manly Honda looking to lease a new Honda Fit. After parking, I was able to find the Fits right away. No more than 5 minutes had gone by and Tony came by to introduce himself. I told him what I was looking for and he took his time showing me different colors and models. We found the perfect car for me and soon after a test drive I was signing a contract for my very 1st new car. Never did I feel pressured or rushed while I was with Tony. He respected my budget so it was easy to agree on a price. I appreciated his follow up e-mail and phone call as well. Great customer service I was at Manly Honda this past weekend to hopefully purchase a used vehicle. I found one that I LOVED! After test driving the vehicle, we than started I was at Manly Honda this past weekend to hopefully purchase a used vehicle. I found one that I LOVED! After test driving the vehicle, we than started the negotiation process on the price of the vehicle. And let me tell you I was not easy to deal with. After a few hours of going back and forth and MANY phone calls, both parties were happy with the results. Jan never made me feel like I was taking a lot of his time, (even though I did), he was very helpful and helped me out every step of the way. Manly Honda will be the first place I stop the next time I go car shopping. More
