My mom and I just bought a new 2011 Honda Accord yesterday. We were expecting to spend most of the day from dealer to dealer until we found the perfect car. I contacted the dealer through the internet and Paul is their internet point person. He responded to my emails quickly and found the car we were looking for right away. It was just being built in Canada their internet point person. He responded to my emails quickly and found the car we were looking for right away. It was just being built in Canada which concerned us but Paul assured us that if it took longer than the promised 3-4 weeks to arrive, he would give us a loaner at no cost. The car, a 2012 Civic Si Coupe, is the first one in the bay area and we got it. He pushed to have the car ready and got it to us in 3 weeks, at the price quoted with no hassles. Our credit was a concern for us in buying the car but the dealership stepped up to the plate and got us a better rate than we were qouted at a local credit union. All in all, the experience was exactly as promised, Paul was great with a great sense of humor and really took care of us. I would highly recommend him and the dealership! More

Michele was very good at the closing finance aspect and did not push me to buy more warrenty packages that I did not desire, which made me buy the basic extended warrenty package in the end. More

Tony Langford was a very nice, helpful, knowledgeable salesperson. He answered my questions and didn't apply any pressure to make a sale. The car was just what I was looking for. I had time constraints that day so he held the car for me until the next day when I could come back to close the deal.
