I was way overcharged and they tried to have parts changed that didn’t need to be changed. I went in for a service because a check engine light and walked out with a 4K bill. The sales rep would say anything to make a sale and if I tried to negotiate something such as a repair before a purchase, he wouldn’t suggest to fix it only if I pay for it. Also, he spoke to me stating, “taking or leave it attitude.” As far as the manager, he would talk to me as if he was my best friend to attempt to sell me a service warranty. Next, he stayed and showed me that he can get me a “better rate” with another financial institution that would have saved me $500. At the end, just because I didn’t give in to his sales tactics I ended up with the original financial information with the original rate. Therefore, did not save those $500. I have the feeling that he would have finalized the sale with the recommended financial institution that had the better rate with the CONDITION he sell me a $4k warranty. Overall, I am not happy with my experience. More

Friends will ask me why I choose to take my Honda to the dealership for service when there are supposed to be other car repair operators that may be less expensive or just as good. I say why do I need to go anywhere but Manly's when their service charges are reasonable for what they do and their knowledge about servicing my car is way better than "just as good"? We will continue to look to Manly Honda for our car's care. And since we are talking about "a Honda" that will probably be for a very long time. More
