I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. We spent over 7 hours there with our two-year-old daughter, trusting that everything being discussed was accurate and transparent. During the negotiation, we were clearly told that certain costs were included in the deal. After we got home and carefully reviewed the paperwork, we noticed an additional charge that had never been disclosed. When we reached out to address it, the response from the owner was beyond disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or even explaining the charge, we were met with a dismissive comment: “well don’t you look at your restaurant bill?” That response, combined with the unexpected charge, completely broke our trust. After spending that much time at the dealership, clear communication and honesty should be expected—not last-minute surprises and unprofessional behavior when concerns are raised. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this dealership. I strongly encourage others to review every detail closely and be cautious of any undisclosed charges. More
