OK, raise your hand if you didn’t use your car heater or defroster in the past 3 weeks, with temperatures dropping to the 30s every night. It’s been brutal, especially because I have medical conditions that are exacerbated by the cold. So here’s the email I got from the service manager, Zach: "I’m sorry that the heater cable was damaged during your visit. I assure you it wasn’t intentional, but merely a side effect attempting to expedite your repair." So it’s a mere side effect that I have to bundle up and wear gloves if I drive for much of the day - it’s 45 degrees at 10:30 am while I write this. It’s a mere side effect that I often need pain medication after I drive in my cold car. It’s a mere side effect that I can’t pick up my medically fragile disabled sister, because she couldn’t stand the cold. Thanks, Zach. I feel so much better, knowing that your technician didn’t set out to break my heater, and that all the inconvenience, physical discomfort and loss of family contact is just due to a mere side effect. I contacted Cody inquiring about a small, used SUV. He immediately found a perfect car to meet our needs. He was very attentive and thorough every step of the way. This was by far the easiest purchase I have ever experienced, and I have bought many cars. Cody also drove the SUV to my work so I could test drive the car. When I was unable to bring my trade in to the dealership, Cody delivered the car to my home, which is an hour from Manly, at 9:00pm, brought all the paperwork, and took my trade in back to the dealership. Car salespeople can be quite intimidating and pushy, but with Cody that was not the case. I would definitely refer anyone to Cody. More

We have taken our accord here about 4-5 times now and everytime the service center has come through for us. They haven't over charged for anything and have honored their online specials for prices.
